Seasons at Laguna Ridge Apartment, Elk Grove CA

I've been living here since January 2021. The apts are wonderful & the maintenance team is great! However, the office staff is a joke & getting worse instead of better! No Customer Service @ all! I've been trying to get an appt with the Mgr for 2 weeks now & I've spoken to 2 employees in person. No call back from the Mgr even! Had to wait a year for a parking spot too & I have a Disability Parking placard! They've also raised my rent over $100/month in 2022 & again in 2023 - that's hideous, we're low income!

I really don't know what to say about this place I was trying to move there but something off they post availability then they say watch your email and it's 55 senior but you see all these people on walkers wheelchairs oxygen tanks it's more like a assisting living then a active community and the office is always close leasing office should be open Monday threw Friday I just don't know something not adding up over there the corporate office need to do some investigating

The complex is well maintained & very nice. The apartments are very spacious & have high ceilings.
However, the new Assistant Community Director is very rude & aggressive. It was always a very pleasant place to live until she was hired. It’s sad that this is happening in such a nice place.
