Dr. Sharla Morales is a great audiologist!

I have been going to Dr. Morales in Thousand Oaks for the last fifteen years for hearing tests, new aids and follow-up checks or adjustments. I wear hearing aids all the time because I have severe congenital hearing loss in both ears. She is a good listener and would spend much time as needed to tweet my hearing aid programs to my satisfaction. She is always up-to-date on the latest hearing aid technology.

Also, the Thousand Oaks office staff is outstanding – friendly and professional.

I highly recommend Second Chance Hearing to anyone seeking hearing aids.

Had a wonderful experience. My first time ever having a hearing exam. Scheduling was wonderful over the phone and the receptionist in person was great. I showed up at the time they told me to and they were already ready for me and took me in right away. The exam went seamlessly, and the technician was wonderful. I was in and out of there within 40 minutes, including all testing. Highly highly recommend.

The new Westlake office is so much nicer. I can usually get in and out with my visit with the doctor in a timely manner. The office need to work on follow up calls with questions and also voicemails left on phone system. I have left messages with no call back?

Have been at this great place for years and do not plan on leaving. They are caring and respectful, I get my hearing aids taken well care of!
