I had a great experience with Nick today! He handled everything great! What an amazing young man! He was very knowledgeable and professional.

I want to leave a review for a new employee. Her name is Mary. I received the most wonderful, efficient customer service from her that I have ever recsaved. I had been trying to pay my bill in person. In a location right above, Sonora for weeks. I was so happy to see that there was finally somebody at the store. She was able to help me with everything I needed. But then informed me that she was just filling in. And that her store was in Ceres, California. She all, she also told me that if I ever need help that I was able to reach out. In short my experience was absolutely very pleasurable and efficient. Mary provided all the help that I would need. I am doing a big shout out to the great job that she does working for this company.

Nick was awesome! Gave great service! Answered all questions. Very professional! Outstanding personality.

One of the best things was the great customer service by Nick, we were treated courteously and professionally by him, who explained all the options, requirements and policies to us very thoroughly and clearly. The facility was clean and well managed. The prices were good too!

I was provided excellent service by Nick. He really helped me out with my storage unit concerns. He was very helpful, nice, and understanding of my situation. Thank you so much Nick.

It was ok I learned that I could get one storage cheaper then what I was paying for two. Also I don’t think you should raise the rent every quarter I pay more then enough rent for my storages. And the place is not clean any more.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! DO NOT RENT HERE BY ANY MEANS! ONE, THERE IS NEVER ANY ONE ON SITE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE 'OPEN' YOU CAN DRIVE AROUND ALL DAY AND NIGHT AND NOT ONE PERSON WILL BE WORKING THERE. SECOND, NO ONE AND I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL EVER BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU VIA PHONE OR IN PERSON. THIRD, THEY WILL INCREASE THE PRICE LIKE CRAZY AFTER YOUR SO CALLED FIRST FREE MONTH OR DISOUNTED RATE. THEY RENTED ME OUT A UNIT THAT HAD A HOMELESS PERSON LIVING IN IT WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR! AS MUCH AS THIS PLACE CHARGES YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WORKS HERE TO HELP DURING BUSINESS HOURS BUT YOUR ON YOUR OWN ONCE THEY GET YOU SINGED UP! THE WORST PLACE TO EVER RENT A UNIT FROM IS THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE, SO IF THATS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THEN SIGN UP NOW, NO NEED TO RUSH, THIS SPECIAL EXPIRES NEVER!

At the beginning of 2023 all the travel trailers where being broken into. Office personnel gave no warning to RV owners of the break-ins. We will never to business there ever again and will not be recommending this location or any "Secure" self storage locations.

I do like that the units are sheet rock and metal versus wood like other places. The units we looked at were all pretty filthy though and we had to thoroughly clean ours when we started our term. Also, I do not like that they force people to purchase insurance with them at $12 a month or more. No other place I’ve had storage with has ever made me pay them extra for insurance. I was also told that the price I pay right now will increase anywhere from 15-20% every 3-6 months. I don’t like that they will increase their prices and I don’t like that I don’t know when exactly it will happen or how much it will increase by. No other storage facility has done this and I’ve used several over the past ten years.

Silver the store attendant was very helpful with me. Honored the online agreement even when he helped me in person. Showed the placed. Ensured me the place is secure and showed me around the place. Thank you silver

Since I've been here I've been made aware of the situation.
Homeless hang out by the abandoned Walmart
Homeless have a meth client right next door
Constant brake ins
Homeless pick the locks you already have and relock it so people don't know
No security or cameras at the location even tho they told me they would get some.

If you do decide to come setup an alarm inside the unit with a wireless camera system and some air tags in your boxes just in case.
I also have a car parked here and that was broken into.

I was looking to store my 5th wheel here but reading the reviews and looking at the pictures turned me away. Its pretty bad when almost all the pictures and reviews states their trailers were broken into and stuff stolen. SecurCare Self Storage…. Do better!

Nobody ever contacted me, even though when I reserved online it said they would. I had to contact them because they had already closed storage and had to get the code and everything else. 0 customer service at location. No one contacted me even after the fact.

They are not Secure I had my whole house in storage clothes a lot of new items I had purchased for my new home and I went with a moving truck on the day I was going to move me and my children in to our new home and when I opened my storage unit it was swept clean they took everything I had my kids pictures memorable things brand new items for my home they didn’t leave nothing it even looked like they swept the unit. I was devastated. How does the office not notify us if they know they have been having all kinds of break ins why not call and give us a heads up. I am a single mom and I worked hard for all of the items that were in my storage so I can have for mine and my kids new home. What is the reason of the cameras they have in the office. I would NEVER. Recommend this place to anyone.

It's hard to get ahold of their office by phone. So far there have been 25 break-ins since I've become a customer. My trailer has been broken into. And nothing is being done about it because they don't want to hire somebody for security.

I am very disappointed with secureCare storage for the reason being we had our motorhome Parked there for several years and last year someone stole our catalytic converter from under our motorhome and today we get a call that the window was broken. We were broken into and our motorhome ransacked. Again no one saw anything and no cameras available.

Disappointed my rv was vandalized twice first time a 600.00 mirror was broken off, second the storage compartments were broken open and things stolen. The staffs only comment was WELL YOU HAVE INSURANCE DONT YOU! My neighbors on both sides one had his trailer damaged and the other had his brand new trailer stolen andremoved

I was a customer there for a year never had any issues until one day my trailer was broken into no one called me and tell three weeks after was broken into then a month or so later was broken into again and then a few weeks later broken into again very unprofessional place. Doesn't seem like anyone really cares I wouldn't put anything there that had any kind of true value unless you're willing to lose it.
