Well we have been client's since 2017, Secure Storage was recently purchased by Stax Up Storage. We feel things aren't staying up if you know what I mean. We recently paid $485 to save our storage from auction and they were quick to lock us out, not notify us nor give us any consideration for being loyal paying clients.

One of the easiest quickest places I know to get your stuff stored, pleasant staff, and centrally located in the city of San Diego

Joe was great! Showed us around but more importantly, gave us important information to help us make a decision. Great guy.

Brandy was the representative and everything went smoothly. She also gave me a call to clarify the booking before my actual move in. The storage unit at inspection was very clean

Sent me an e-mail, "Hi, we are the new owners Stax up".   9 days later they sent me another email and some snail mail, we are raising your rent 40%, new rules, and threats that if I do not pay they will put a lien on my property.   The lien threat came with a blank lien, yes, they sent me a blank lien! Been renting here for over 20 years. When I moved out it looked like 90% of the units were vacant. Wonder why?

I have been a customer of Secure Self Storage since July of 2017. The staff is cordial, considerate and have gone over and above many times to help satisfy my needs, schedule, financial obligations and to help feel secure about not only my property but myself as well. They aren't the flashiest storage facility in San Diego, CA but they are the best. I will always be grateful to them for their professionalism, support and consideration. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Thank You!
