False advertising! I was in a bind and needed storage asap. Called multiple facilities and this one told me they had what I need and it was drive to access (storage door at the road). Website and the lady confirmed. I got there and it was not. I had to walk through a hallway to get to the storage. Since I paid online there was nothing the lady could do but “write an email”, Not knowing when she would get a reply. I was in a bind so took the storage but will be moving to a storage with better build practices asap.

I would highly recommend this Storage Facility! Summer was really friendly and helpful getting me all set up with everything I needed. Zero hassles!

This place is awesome. Summer is great help and so is corporate when you need help with your storage needs. Everyone is very polite and understanding.

Othman was awesome, he was helpful helping me find the correct size unit. I thought a 10x10 would fit all my stuff. Othman suggested 10x15 would better fit my stuff. Good thing I listened if not I would have to remove my stuff twice. It’s nice to have a professional help recommend a size.

I came to my storage and the lock that the company had provided me 2 months ago had fell apart. I was really bummed out however came to my rescue was Jeff and Selena they swiftly went into action and broke the lock off using their grinder tool. Thank you Jeff and Selena you turned a predicament into a success thank you for your help.

Emerald Storage is now secure storage. Same location same people, For right now no major changes

Love this place because they have been keeping my things for a while. Awsome storage place and very neat. The workers are great especially the girl in the office shes very friendly and always takes care of business in a fast effficient manner

Cheap prices and helpful staff.
Currently reside in Oside area and so far this place has the cheapest quotes for a large garage.
I Wish I'd known it wasn't a 24 hour facility though but very reasonable times.
I Described my concerns to staff and girl in front desk was very helpful! Super friendly. I will recommend this facility

My fiance and I needed a storage unit. I was asked for my ID and I gave it to them. They would not accept my ID because its not a drivers license. I was going to bring my fiance in and have him show his drivers license so we could rent the unit. The unit was supposed to be for both of us. The guy at the desk flat out denied me a unit and said he would not rent to my fiance either even though he had a valid drivers licence. This is absolutely NONSENSE! I'll be telling everyone I know not to rent at Emerald At 78 Self Storage. I'll take my business to cubesmart.

Best prices in Vista/Oceanside. Very cheap for a storage. Wish they didn't close so early but that's the only con I see

Avoid this storage and Uhaul location!
The owner suffers from a Napolian Complex (small man syndrome) and will make your life miserable if he feels like it.
There is no justification for the behavior and money you will have to spend to retain your belongings if any employee here is having a bad day and complains the owner will decide to take it out on you.
We paid for a years rent and only only once complained about a late charge being applied. The owner said it was paid after 6pm and therefore was late even though that's when they close daily.
The owner, whom never divulged his name after we asked, evicted us for no other reason than to make us miserable, during Covid, because he could.
A very controlling 5'1" guy who has issues.
We asked if we could have 1 extra day to move out since we only had a 2 week notice, but of course he said NO just to be a big man.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Very rude kids running the place. At least four run ins to get me to the point of writing this. No idea what customer service is. Wouldn’t help you if your life depended on it even during office hours.

The worst service for the last 2 years, that I've had in the past 12 years. Awful and rude.
