13Because they towed my car for no reason. There wa an event at sports arena. I had already talked to the manager of Home Depot and he allowed me to park there for one day. So their security company in cahoots with western towing towed my car in warranted
They have their employees doing the most for little pay as well as playing their workers out of their money
Had to quit working for them because they didn't pay me or treat me like a person but they will literally hire anyone
Customer phone line is never answered. We have a contract with securitas and they're basically useless. In a sense, you're getting ripped off if you hire this company.
Had never been interviewed for a position was turned down without knowing what I do well previously gave a 2 week notice and the person in the San Jose branch said I couldn't quit for any reason. Then one of their officers at the hospital checks on me while in vehicle for no reason. What a difficult conversation?
Don’t leave your car in the Vons parking lot. These guys tip off tow trucks and take a cut. I can understand you’re not supposed to park in a lot and not use the service but what this company does is just wrong. No warning, just wait for you to walk away so they can get their cut.
It was for employment. The participation was through hirevue & it never happened. The process to get the guard card was tedious with mysekf being non native to the state & the impersonal approach taken ending with just text/email asking how it went when the interview never happened spoke volunes after thirce rescheduled & null result. At all. Could just be me, my phone, app problems.i don't know, I can tell you it didn't feel professional at all.
Horrendous company that will refuse to give you your final check. It's been 20 days and they refuse to communicate on my final payment. It's disgusting how they treat you and act towards you once you leave the company. All of them in the office here are Snakes, every last one of them! Update: It's been over 100 days without receiving my final check and constantly giving me the run around and endless holds on the phone. I'm going to count it as a loss but I am disgusted at the lack of professionalism.
DO NOT HIRE THEM! This company is very harmful to businesses, properties and most importantly to PEOPLE! Do not waste your money. Securitas worked at my apartment complex. I asked a security guard to ask individuals who were blocking my car in the parking lot (which is a big safety issue) to vacate the cars and the people blocking behind mine. The security guard replied "pass by and mind your business". I said that i needed to back out of my parking not pass by, then he said "call the police and file for harassment". This is the worst security company ever.i always get blocked in because Securitas has let individuals park their cars in the emergency lanes right behind my car and other residents vehicle's as well. They do not know how to handle incidents (their descriptive duties on their website) and dont know how to partner with police in these situations either. Its so sad to see that they dont care about safety issues or traffic control. You are better off securing your own premises and calling the police yourself. Do not rely on this company for your safety or the safety of your property.
Operation managers will take advantage of you and use you as their rover for every post and location. They don’t give you information on the site name, who to look for when you arrive. There’s no stability within this company and they don’t train you. They don’t tell you who your operation manager is and neither do you physically meet him/her. They text you throughout the late night and very early mornings asking if you can cover a shift. Definitely not worth the stress.
I applied and went thru the whole process of doing the online training manuals, I payed the $105 for the guard card. I received it in the male and then they tell me there not gunna offer me a job. I spent my last dollars on that guard card application hoping for a job during COVID. Didn’t happen. I am severely disappointed in this company.
Trash company with untrained supervisors pay is very poor so if you don't respect yourself then working here is ok.
