Security Public Storage, Oceanside CA

Needed a storage quickly, used online forum, got in touch with Ryan very fast! He knew exactly the size unit I needed, gave me a great deal! They have dollies to help you move, alarms on each unit! Only bummer was their truck was out of commission, could of definitely used that! Thanks again Ryan for all your help!

Storage itself is pretty good. No homeless people hanging around, good security, and helpful staff. Problem is they charged me for a full month, when I only used 3 days. Repeated attempts to contact management have been unsuccessful. I would give a much better rating had they not stolen my money.

I'm give them ten stars. Never been so satisfied with a storage company. ️️

Customer service clean facility the locally good location super understanding expectations of the expectations of their units fit descriptions since they have great deals and affordable materials if necessary for your storage their customers are their main priority and they always make sure tmake sure that we're comfortable and we're doing good. They call every now and then to make sure that if we need anything or is there anything that has changed which is good because sometimes we lose track of time and we forget things from overwhelmed with other obstacles and situations in life. I couldn't recommend a better storage facility within the location for reasonable prices and customer service.

Very secure and unique place. Has three stories and stairs but an elevator for those in need. A lot of space well very recommended for holding your stuff, a lot of cameras even in the elevator to ensure the safety of your stuff!

Helped us get a bigger storage when we needed it and staff was very nice and helpful, plus they're pretty cheap. If anyone needs a storage unit I recommend going to them.

This place is the best! I moved from OC and I made a mistake online when I reserved a storage unit and I can’t tell you how great they were in changing me to another unit! When I arrived, she gave me a tour and after I left, she called to make sure everything went well. Best customer care in the world!

I really had a great experience when i went there to rent a storage the worker was so very nice and kind to me i was just telling a friend of mine about the experience i had. I wish i could of gotten her name all i know is she was new. Thank you so much! You really left a good impression!

Very pleased with how easy it was to rent a space. The girl was very nice and took me through everything from looking at some available units to punching my code into the gate, putting my lock on it, and reentering the code to get back out the gate. Won't hesitate to do this again in the future when I need some off-site storage.

Super friendly & helpful staff! I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they were still just as patient an eager to assist me.

It's the perfect place to have a storage near the ocean downtown Oceanside facility is always clean at the sub most likely I can get some part-time work there and helpful of security Public Storage

If I could rate 6 stars I would. This team of young ladies are the most helpful, knowledgeable and just down right genuine people I've ever met. They will keep me coming back to this establishment for years to come. Great location and great service!

This storafe facility is very clean, safe, well run, and operated by friendly staff. I've been a customer for years and have never had one mishap. I couldn't be more pleased.

Cool mural out front. Extremely friendly office staff. Reasonable prices and intro discount rates. Unit smells a little weird, Seems like smells from outside are creeping in. That and moisture. Not humidity/environment controlled 7am to 7pm hours suck. Coast highway isa nightmare at this spot. Otherwise good place to store.

I had such a great experience at security public storage. They did everything they could to help me get into a unit I could afford and went the extra mile to make sure I got loaded into my unit

The staff was knowledgeable polite and did a great job with covid separation Mass wearing wiping off credit cards and hands. They also made sure I got some discounts that I wasn't aware were available. The unit was very clean. Security seems very good. I will definitely do business there again.

Very easy to work with. I was unable to make it on a Sunday before the office closed, but made arrangements over the phone and via email.
Martha was very helpful and on top of everything, and communicated well.
I needed a lock for the unit, and she made sure it was staged for me. I really appreciate that she thought to make a cut in the packaging. I had left my box knife, and likely wouldn't have been able to open it if she hadn't done that for me.
Facility was clean.
Stopped by roughly a week prior to renting the unit to get a look at the facility, buy boxes/tape/ etc, and get information from the staff on how the facility works. Very helpful, and they were not the least bit rude nor did they seem put off that I showed up 15 minutes prior to closing.
I do wish they had slightly better lighting in the "driveway area" that you'd park to unload/load. Inside the buildings are well lighted

Easy and seamless experience. Customer service is great! Gabby and Michelle were very helpful and so kind. Everything seems to be secure. Only downside is that my unit is on the third level and moving a 9ft couch into my unit using the stairwell was very difficult! Stairwell isn’t large enough to maneuver big items up the stairs.

I mistakenly gave a 3 star review recently. Obvious mistake if you've ever been here. Facility is always kept clean, and the staff working in the office is always so friendly its comforting to know my stuff is safe and in good hands!
