Great Storage place. Very operator friendly with an elevator unit that can be used for the second floor. The units are also AC controlled which is convenient for your stored clothes and electronics, you wouldn't have to worry about the weird humid smell on your belongings. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with all questions you need.
I highly recommend this place if you can get here in Chula Vista versus other places.

Safe storage, great price but, management can make few good changes in place, spaces not really clean. Doors messed up that do not open or close.

Before I rented the space, I spoke with the representative and she sent me a video to watch on the website, the space happens to be a full height I.e above 6ft but when I saw it in person, it was below my waist and barely fit my stuffs. Why show a video that’s not exactly how the space looks like? Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The staff is always really nice and helpful with information and pricing. Units are well maintained and secure from my experience. Would definitely recommend to others and in general!

Our office had a great need. We were to move out on short notice as they are turning the space into a hotel boutique. When our potential new office fell through, we new we had to find a storage space fast that had what we needed. A fair price, good staff, and long hours. Robyn helped us set everything up and we are so glad we chose this location on such a short notice!

Clean, secure, fairly priced and the people who operate it are honest, professional and courteous.

Was here in 2016-2017, promised to never forget to do this. Number one they offer discounts for good reviews and not sure about Google but with YELP it's against their policies. Now here we go. Rented here for about a year downsizing. The ladies were RUDE! They do not offer a trash bin for disposing items upon moving out. The clerk actually said to me, "No storage place offers bins". I hate when people speak and don't know what they're talking about. As if we are dumb.
Well that's not true because SMART SELF STORAGE in National City and Eastlake do. Further, my storage was all the way in the back, down the aisle. Whenever I was in the storage unit, we constantly had to walk down the hall to reset the lights, they NEVER stayed on. SMART SELF STORAGE has lights inside your storage and you control the button for 30mins, 1hr, etc. When it goes out you can just go turn and have it back on. You get what you pay for. I can't remember exactly why, but I was also contacted by attorneys who said SPC were in trouble for forcing people to use their insurance. I assume they got my info from their records.

I am a very happy customer, I am always getting helped with my storage needs, I just upgraded to a bigger unit and I am very happy.

The Gentleman who helped me pick a space was so informative and answered all my questions. Security public storage really did have no hidden fees I would definitely use them again.
