Carol was fantastic! Made renting a storage a breeze and gave a lot of great info and super kind! I made the right choice!

I ended up being able to get a unit that was in the same town as my residence. But prior to that I received absolutely amazing customer service from Carol at the Vacaville location. I would highly recommend them.

Great storage area although in my opinion, a little bit expensive. They did expand their hours to allow for Sunday and after the office closes is well.

This storage facility was easy to get to and use. The lady that checked me in when I rented the unit online was super helpful and friendly. The check-out process (once your done) was easy and seamless. I got a check out receipt pretty quickly. I did have an intro price per month, then it increased. It was fine because I was ending my rental due to putting my things in a U-Box and leaving California. Overall good experience. They have cameras all over. I did not have any issues with my unit at all.

About 6 months ago they raised our rate. Then about two months ago we (and a bunch of others in our row) found out that rodents had destroyed thousands of dollars worth of things in our unit. They said don't worry you're insured and gave us 400 bucks to cover the thousands worth of damage. Then they told us last week some of the units are leaking and we need to leave them our key so they can fix the leaks. Then we get a notice yesterday they're raising our rate again.

The greed is a real insult since we have paid thousands to keep our stuff safe and it's pretty much destroyed. So they can't even provide "secure" storage which is the whole point of their business.

And their response? "Oh that's so unfortunate this happened. "

Run don't walk to another storage place.

I called security storage n had a reservation set up in a Matter of minutes, when I showed up tarah had my rules, insurance n location ready with a couple signatures I was in n out. Definitely recommend this place with great location n pricing.

Carol is awesome and so helpful. The storage facility itself is clean, well kept and secure.

Kayla is great as always. Thanks for taking good care of our belongings. Keep up the good work!
