3 months after moving out of my unit due to being threatened, harassed and locked inside the facility by the onsite night manager they decided to start charging me rent for the unit I once rented. Without ever contacting me or sending any notice or even asking if I was okay after what their manager did to me, my two young children and two other elderly female customers.they ran up a bill somehow of $600 and 3 years later they attached it to my credit report. I was repeatedly accosted by the manager with verbal harassment and threats. After he locked the gate fifteen minutes before closing he then kept saying he was calling police and having us arrested for trespassing. All three of us were only inside still because he deactivated the gate from opening and hid for 30 minutes while we were frantically calling the office number for help.

I recently had my property vandalized by a homeless person who apparently hopped the fence. I was definitely not happy about this. Front desk ladies were very understanding though and i appreciate that very much. This area is not the best area i get it but its obviously very easy for vandals to invade people's property.

Went heat to clean a locker out and ashley was awesome she very helpful and super nice
