Tamika the manager, is amazing! Patient and kind. Loves her job and knows her stuff! Storage is clean and I feel safe. I would recommended to anyone!

Tamika Tamika Tamika, Omgosh! What an asset to your company. My daughter has had storage there for a couple years now and when we first started you had shady characters running the place. Thank god you found Tamika! She has been so professional so uplifting and so very honest. If we ever need storage again we will come there 1st as long as she’s there. I took advantage on the current sale in choosing Security Self Storage because Store Manager Tamika Wright was excellent! I could not go to the location before choosing. Tamika emailed me my options and took photos so I could see the space and make the best choice for me.

The only down side to this facility is the lack of light in my unit and very poor ventilation.

Thanks to the golden light that is Tamika Wright, I have no doubt I will stay a very satisfied customer!

I hear someone wants to break in all they have to do is cut holes in the walls made out of wood and go right through it

This experience was disappointing. The facility is less than ideal, and not as clean as I would have liked it to have been. The information I was provided on the phone was rather inconsistent with that which I experienced upon arrival. For example, there are no elevators, no dollies, etc. The customer service was fair.

I just started my contract here at the Napa Walnut facility. Tamika is an amazing manager and was courteous & helpful with everyone as they came in. I’m happy that my friend here in Napa recommended this facility (she has a unit here) BTW, I have a 5x10 and I got the online special price!

We had a good experience with the staff very nice and helpful. I would use security storage again and would recommend to family and friends.

Renting the space was quick and easy. The whole process was over in less than 15 minutes. Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous.

From day 1 the professionalism and assistance was nothing short of excellent. Tamika is a superstar and the reason I would recommend Security Self Storage. Simply awesome.
