Security Specialists, San Fernando CA

First and foremost about myself, I use to be an employee of Security Specialist and I will be commenting on being an employee and business perspective of their service. One I can tell you that for a fact that their advertisement on the web/indeed for employment is false. For one they claim that there is opportunity for advancement when there really isn't unless someone above is terminated or resigns which usually never happens because the best paying position in the company is Watch Commander and/or Sergeant and that never opens. Also, keep in mind that companies can legally lie to their employees and do not have to show integrity haha I find it funny that they take pride in their recruits to chase a career in law enforcement but do not show any integrity whatsoever (mind boggling). Adding on, Security Specialists is not growing at an aggressive rate, if anything they've lost lots of accounts over the course of 2 recent years due to the after affects of the Covid-19 pandemic/inflation I'm actually surprised they're still in business but probably not for long. But I will say this if your looking for action, you'll find it.

Now if your looking for business from Security Specialists please don't, allow me to explain. The Watch Commanders specifically, order their officers to take several pictures with many angles of different properties so they can falsify reports and times that they were actually on-site, specifically the grave hours. If you want the service that they promise you will constantly (not joking) have to be vigilant on the officers (hope you all have cameras to keep an eye out) because they will get away with what they can under the direct orders of the Watch Commanders. I understand that resources are required but not at the cost to the customer and/or client which falls back to the lack of integrity I was talking about earlier. Officers are underpaid even at $20 an hour (not to mention that they dont even offer benefits with the exception for the basics which are required by law ONLY which is only sick days and medical) for being Armed when all the other security companies are paying for Unarmed positions starting at $22 an hour and up, which leads to the officers feeling underappreciated so they retaliate which leads to bad behavior. Which again falls back on the customer and/or client so no one is happy.
