Best smoothies ever…. If you are looking for smoothies just go here don’t waste your time and money somewhere else. This is the best.

Absolutely delicious and fresh! Flatbread #5 for the win. They have lots of natural organic options and pressed juices, as well as alcoholic beverages and free sparkling water on tap. My friend and I shared the flatbread and it was perfect for two.

The team was really nice here. But for $11 I got a super watery almost flavorless bowl of Açaí. Seriously I’ve had much better bowls for a couple dollars cheaper.

Fantastic breakfast! Wonderful friendly staff. We got the #1 panini It was big enough to share. Every bite was delicious.

Got two acai bowls (No 5 and 6) and they were both good, however it’s kinda pricey for the size! The location is in the heart of downtown so it makes sense why it’s more expensive than other local acai bowl places

Toast #5 (with smoked salmon) was absolutely scrumptious!

The interior is fresh, clean, airy, and bright. The counter staff are very pleasant and match the whole vibe of the place. BONUS: dine-in food is served with reusable plates/bowls/glasses/utensils = eco-friendly!

I am new to SLO and I am delighted to have found this gem! I will be a regular and can’t wait to return!

On a rainy day where a majority of the cafes and restaurants are closed (umm why?) Seeds is opened and here we are.
Very friendly staff, healthy foods, good wine and beer, 5G wifi is available, good vibes! What else can you expect when you are grumpy French tourist driving down to LA? !
