I do not understand how some people feel so entitled to be rude to those serving in the retail industry. To call someone out by using insulting body characterizes is just rude and shows such a disregard for other's emotional state and well being. Is it so hard just to be nice to our fellow workers. If you have a problem with an employee you should call their manager and not try to public shame them. You never know what someone else is going through and your words can hurt which I am sure you intended.
If you are going to leave public reviews at least have some class, act like a responsible human being and leave reviews good or bad without insulting workers who are only trying their hardest despite being short staffed to serve the customers

The Caucasian, chubby girl with blond hair l that works there was impolite and treated me with double standard when asked for some examples for a box that I wanted to try. A white lady prior to me bout a box and tried couple example. When it was my turn, I asked for a puns box and to tried two examples and she said to me that only one per customer when the white lady prior to me tried more than one. I just left after waiting 15 minutes for her to finish helping the same lady and chatting too.

My wife and I came to the location at Tyler mall this afternoon and it was such a pleasant experience. It was my first time in a See's Candy, ever, and the girl working the counter was so nice, courteous and thoughtful. She even remembered my wife's chocolate preference when asking if we'd like an item, which surprised me. Most people treat customer service in a mechanical way, but she was so friendly and personable. Really made the experience to be honest, I just wish I remembered her name so that I could include it here and she can get the credit she deserves.

Came in looking for Carmel Apple chocolate. They were not out yet. So I got a couple single pieces. Great customer service!

Delicious candy. The California brittles are a must. You can't go wrong by visiting this store.

Always clean friendly atmosphere. See's candies are an absolute favorite for the holidays.

Great people working here. If you have to goto the mall be sure and make this your last stop before you leave. The people here will brighten your day. Not to mention. Getting a bit of a sugar rush to give you the energy to make it to your car with all those bags.

This is one of my favs. As soon as you walk through the door, someone greets you. Chocolate time! Tasty and wonderful chocolate and customer service. Thank you See's Candies for your updates and always for my free piece of chocolate. Very grateful!

The chocolates are delicious of course, but the ridiculous rule of only 3 customers at a time makes it not worth going to. Basically, one customer is being waited on per three, due to the fact that people do not shop alone. I had 1 set of customers in the store and 2 sets waiting in front of me and waited almost 20 mins just to go in. I personally will not be back until the lift this restriction.

Always a good place to get candy, just wish they had more options like they use to for people who are allergic to nuts

The cashier, Poata, sold me on buying “The Apple Pie Truffles. ” He said put them in the microwave for a few seconds and it tastes like real apple pie filling.
Those were so good that I had to comment, “Thanks Poata! ” I’ll probably get them every Thanksgiving now
