See's Candies

Headed in there Christmas Eve evening. Needed a gift card. They were extremely helpful as I mis-stated that I needed a gift certificate and directed me to stores that could provide that. Then cleared up thar what I needed was a gift card which they could provide. Got that set up, offered samples which I absolutely took and I was happily on my way.

Love Sees Candy. Got really nice service from an "Asian" cashier (I think.)
She was so nice and talkative. Would go back just because she was so nice.
Candy choice was a handpicked box of lots of nuts and various dark chocolates. So yum, but as always quite expensive at almost $2 a piece.but always so good and worth a little treat once a month for my mom and I.

It's See's. Great chocolates and candies, and always has samples for customers. Always a great gift option.

I want to give a shout out to one of the Los Gatos See's Candies' employees, Jaime. I called to find out what they were closing on a Saturday night. Jaime radiated cheer over the phone, telling me they were open until 6 p.m. And he looked forward to seeing me soon. Already, that set me in a good mood. I raced down at 5: 45 p.m. On a rainy Sat.night. There was a smiling Jaime behind the counter working alone. He had a demanding customer who wanted a custom box and kept changing her mind. He couldn't have been more patient. She took 15 minutes to choose her items. It was now past closing but Jaime's attitude remained positive. At the register, he told her the price $51.07 and she said had a $50 gift card and could he take out some candies to get to that amount. "Sure, " he said. He took a few out, weighed the box, carefully getting to the price of $50.03. I kid you not, the customer balked at paying the three cents and asked if he could get it right to the 50 amount. Politely he said he couldn't. She huffed, and then payed. At no time did Jaime loose his cool. (I was losing it for him.) Next he helped me, again so nice and professional, offering me samples, etc. Wasn't trying to rush me out even though it was well past closing time. I noticed an award on the wall for Best Customer Service of 2022. I told Jaime I could tell he was a big reason why the store received that accolade. What a sweet soul. Thank you for being a stand out employee and going above and beyond to give amazing customer service, Jaime!
