Segerstrom Center for the Arts reviews
15Beautiful venue with lovely acoustics. Get there early and check out the restaurant inside.
Great venue! Seats are comfy enough that your knees are not up around your ears, so fairly roomy.
Segerstrom is a highlight of OC living. It is always a pleasure to enjoy a show at Segerstrom and I highly recommend taking one in if you haven’t yet.
The upper balcony seats are not worth considering because they are so far away from the stage, even if you have binoculars. Bathrooms are well stocked and on each level.
Very nice theater. Clean and you can see in every seat. Seats are really close together though.
Beautiful venue with lots of halls and rooms for shows. All the best shows come to twon here. Safe area you feel good walking around at night to your car.
Packed house for Les Miserables performance and therefore the intermission was way to short. Beautiful performance center to see and hear a great musical production.
We have been to so many events here.
We usually park by Maggiano's at the mall and then walk across the pedestrian Bridge, which takes 10 to 15 min.
We often get discount tickets on the Goldstar website.
They allowed us to bring an empty water bottle to fill up inside.
People dress in jeans and sneakers all the way to fancy gowns.
We saw Les Misérables and it was great. The Grinch at Christmas time is always spectacular. I also loved Frozen the Musical and the Carol King show. I didn't like Newsies because the singing was bad.
Not a bad seat in the house. Every show I have been to here has been a wonderful experience
My friend and I go to that theater experiences which are very relaxing the shows are always wonderful and the work people that are there are just so helpful and kind and courteous I love this place
The venue is top notch. I went with my brother-in-law and sister, and he’s been to several shows in Europe and the main theater center in LA. He said this one was the best!
Phenomenal place to see plays and productions. It's about acoustically perfect as any theater in the country and it's very easy to access. If you park at South. Oast Plaza for free, there's a walking bridge over to the theater.
The venue is fantastic. Go see your favorite musical. I bought season tix. Wheelchair accessible, nearby bathrooms. Kind staff, very clean and on time.
I highly recommend it!

Went here to see the Book of Mormon. The show itself was great.
Unfortunately, my viewing of the show was rudely interrupted by a guest sitting next to us. She kept using her phone and talking during various parts of the show. So much so that a guest in front of her turned around to shush her near the second half.
Now, I'm not exactly sure what the ushers standing in the aisles are supposed to do, but I had hoped that they would look out for people on their phones and tell them to get off. I am disappointed that the center didn't help enforce these rules, despite me paying exorbitant orchestra tickets (I was in row J). Needless to say I will not be going back to this theater.
Seats were WAY too small and the theater was WAY too hot. I'm not thin, nor am I over weight, but I don't know anyone other than a child that would comfortably fit in these Seats. Additionally the AC must have broken. I was afraid to stand up during intermission for fear that I sweat through my shirt. Very difficult to enjoy a performance. I will never come back.
