This is the worst experience we've ever had.our suv worked was in excellent condition before accident and accused us that our tailgate didn't work before. Didn't do anything to repair it, sent us to dealer and blamed them that they broke the door.we had to go to another shop to get a minor adjustment done.i strongly suggest to use other shop's and DO NOT TRUST VU.he doesn't know what he's talking about and manipulates insurance so they can settle for cheapest arrangement.
