I bought my Subaru 2012 at this location. They seemed honest and even worked with me on my down. The car was as is and according to the car fax it seemed to have been kept up and had minor damage reported. I was fine with that.was told by the owner it had a brand new engine. The carfax I was given was missing the last info from 2020 on and when I asked for it they never gave to me and then by October my car was struggling. After Subaru and another repair shop checked it I was told I needed a new engine along with new transmission again nothing on the carfax showed any issues. My problem, how do I need a new engine if this was new? !? !? Had I received the rest of the carfax that I asked for I probably could have questioned a few things. They showed me online briefly but I truly believed the owner when he said I had a new engine. I'll take the blame for not confirming the truth of that. But how do you lie for a sale? Now I have a car sitting costing as much as I owe on it to repair. I bought a lemon. I feel completely played and I'm carless paying on a car I can't afford to repair or drive. Never trusting any small car dealership. Even in Glendora where i thought this wouldn't happen.

First time at this car dealership. Very good customer service. Owner Hector and staff are very friendly and helpful with the purchasing process. Would highly recommend and definitely going back in the future!
