I have never needed physical therapy in my life until recently. I suffered a dislocated shoulder over 12 years ago and it's been giving me issues off and on for years. In May 2020 I dislocated it again and this time I really suffered and struggled with the pain and all mobility, but because of COVID I was not able to see my doctor for months. So, a year later I finally saw my doctor, got my shoulder X-ray, and went to physical therapy for the first time ever! My experience at Select Physical Therapy was VERY positive from the time I entered the door until I left. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming and the PT I worked with Moriah Morgan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt she really listened to me, answered all my questions, and model all the exercises for me before having me practice them. I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone. It appeared very clean, well organized, and parking was very easy as well, which is a HUGE plus in Glendale!

I never used this place before but I chose this facility because they were networked with my insurance and within walking distance from my home. I'm so glad I did. It's a nice sized place that practices strong cleaning practices as well as mask wearing from staff and clients so I feel safe being there. Stephanie Kiang is fantastic (there's 2 Stephanies there and they're both great). She's extremely knowledgeable about my particular condition and how to treat it safely and effectively plus she's very friendly and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Stephanie is the best! I've been to her for several injuries and she always gets me back up and running again. All the staff are friendly, and the place is COVID clean.

This is my 2nd time going to this clinic and have no complaints. I injured my knee and back while at work. The second I entered the clinic, I was welcomed and had a great laugh with the receptionist. Other clinics just put you on machines for a hour, but at this location, you interact and do exercises based on your injuries. Doing exercises while wearing a mask drains you but at the end of the day, you feel much better pain wise. Highly recommend this place.

The staff are friendly and welcoming to the office. There is little to no wait which is amazing. And the PT is kind and gentle.

Carlo & his crew are an amazing bunch of therapist’s who seem to strive on making my sessions relaxed and comfortable. During my sessions Carlo has been educating me in better ways of taking care of my injuries so I won’t have to come back.

I was recommended to go there by my PT person at the hospital to continue my recovery. I met Billy Lam during my first visit who did a full evaluation of my condition including range of motion and strength. In addition, he asked me about my goals and objectives and plans for the future. I was very impressed by how scientific his approach was. Billy's assistant Gaby was also extremely helpful. During the next 8 visits, they were able to help me achieve an amazing amount of progress. Each session was carefully planned to give me the most therapy and leave the session with an exercise plan that I could do on my own at home to get the fastest recovery possible. I highly recommend Billy and his team for all your physical therapy needs.

Staff here is very Professional and pleasant. Dr Carlo explains everything to me, answers all my questions. My 2nd time working with Carlo.
