I am really impressed with the staff at Select Physical. They are extremely professional and listen well to their clients. In addition, Mitalee is well-read and up to date on the latest techniques.
Very personable staff from the Physical Therapists to asisstants and the front office. They are very much concerned with your progress and comfort. Physical Therapy isn't always comfortable, but I appreciate that they made slight modifications to the moves that achieved the same goal but with less discomfort.
I came in with two injuries, and Mitalee helped me gain my strength and range of motion back. I didn’t make it easy with two injuries at the same time lol. She always made sure my pain was minimal, and if I was ok. Whenever I had a problem, she acknowledged it and did her best to fix it it. Mitalee is very kind, and I’m so happy I came to see her. It was a long draining process, but she made it a lot better.
Mitalee and team are thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I've been so impressed with the experience so far.
My PT was Mitalee, and she knows what is she doing very well. All the stretching and exercises that she told me to do does help me recover from my herniated disc. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a PT!
