Melissa is great, she has me working towards my goal of walking independently after my recent knee replacement. She knows her stuff, is empathetic to the struggle of PT, all while helping you to get stronger. Highly recommend Melissa as part of your rehab team.

Staff is all top notch and Leroy Velasco is a great PT enjoyed his personality and helping me get back to be my self again.

LEROY IS THE BEST! I had doubt my arm would get better but he helped me reach my goal and I'm able to use my arm again!

I work with Sarah and think she’s great — knowledgeable, nice, calm, professional, good at working out knots with her hands, etc. The facility, equipment, and other staff are also nice, but Sarah distinguishes the place for me.

Brandon is a great therapist. He knows when to push you and when to not. He listens and is great at adapting to one’s needs.

It pains me to write this:

You didn’t even bother to apologize for making your billing mistake which sent me to collections. Thank you for at least letting me know that it was a computer error (failure to read a hand written edit on a form) and that there was nothing you could do or was willing to do to fix it. Your corporate training of not apologizing for errors and owning your mistakes remains in place. Thank you for not bothering to call me to see if the $12.09 invoice was going to the correct address which you have on file although the computer couldn’t read it. That computer needs to be fired. Thank you for putting me through the aggravation of cleaning up this mess with the credit bureaus and wasting my time. Thank you for the immense amount of aggravation you have caused me. Finally, here is what an form in sincere apology looks like.

I am sorry for the trouble that I have caused you. It is not our intention to make this process difficult especially when you come to us for help. I would be happy to take care of this immediately. I wish I could give 10 stars! Dr. Sarah is hands down the BEST PHYSICAL THERAPIST I have ever been to. She works very hard at getting your injuries healed and making you whole again. She listens to your concerns and expectations, I mean come on, we all know how hard it is to find a Dr.that will listen to your thoughts and concerns these days and incorporate them into your treatment plan, but Dr Sarah does! She is very skilled and loves what she does, it's obvious by how hard she works. I would also like to say how wonderful Raki is who runs the front of the facility. She is so kind and always smiling. Just what you need when your not feeling well, she is very professional and stays on top of each patients needs, like authorizations, Insurance claims, workman's comp etc. The whole staff is friendly and caring, You will get a workout here to get better, I love this place! ‍️

My first experience with Select Physical Therapy was a couple of years ago when I was referred by my primary care physician. I was having pain in my right knee when walking. At that time I was waiting for my insurance to approve an MRI and my PT explained that we should wait until I had my MRI before we try doing any physical therapy. I am thankful because the MRI showed I had many tears in my meniscus. So, after my surgery, it was back to PT. After my 12 visits and discipline with my PT treatment plan, I had excellent results.

A year after my pt success, my son broke his hip playing football for his high school. Unfortunately the only way to repair the type of fracture was with lost of down time and pt once healed. At this point my pt had left Select Physical Therapy and a gentleman by the name of Tyler had replaced her. After my son's 12 authorized visit his hip has never been stronger AND he was back playing RB for his school. My son even tried out for track which he's never played and his PR made finals for the 100,200, and 400 meters race.

Now, my younger son injured his right foot and is currently under Tyler's supervision as I was adamant that my younger son receive Tyler's treatment because my son is being scouted by college coaches.

Tyler is a exceptional PT and his knowledge and commitment go beyond excellent.
Thank you Tyler for helping my boys recover but also improve their performance on the field.

I’ve been in physical therapy off-and-on for 12 years with various providers following a catastrophic accident to my legs & back. I’m in my first week with Ms. (Dr.) Sarah, and I’ve made more progress faster than with any other provider, emphasizing my not trying to do too much too fast, very firm and very professional. And their facilities are very pleasant and comfortable.

I'd love to recommend this PT clinic to everyone! The whole staff is super friendly and helpful (Sarah, Raki, David and Tyler). The place itself has great equipment and is very cozy and clean. AND my PT Sarah is just the best, caring human ️ She's very experienced and has the best attitude to treat and help others. I couldn't have chosen a better place to work on my knee issues.

I was told about this place before my surgery and after talking to others and their experience, I didn’t want to fall into victim. So I went to ES3, best decision! Go to ES3!

This is what physical therapy is supposed to feel like! You walk out feeling you like you had a great session, personal attention, people that listen to what’s wrong with your body and want to help you get better. I have been coming here for over a year now for treatment. I keep requesting this location when they have allotted more treatments. This is the first place where I’ve actually felt like I have received real PT. Thank you.

Went to Select for my L5-S1 herniated disc. I am getting PT with Tyler and after the first session I’m already feeling so much better. They did a thorough evaluation before even trying therapy with me and gave me a routine to do at home to help my injury. I am so thankful for them because I’m already feeling less pain and I’m so excited to get back to my baseline.

Chris and his assistant Sarah have been amazing throughout this physical therapy process. The level of care that they show there patients have been unparalleled in my experience. Erin does an awesome job at facilitating the follow on care as well. 10 out 10 would recommend!

I have been going to this location since the summer for my neck and shoulder pain. Sarah and her team are absolutely great! The team is attentive, supportive, and show a great interest in my recovery.

One of the best customer service and physical therapy services I've been to. Sara is awesome and has experienced hands! I appreciate her attention to detail when treating my injuries. She takes the time explain the why and comes up with a treatment plan that is efficient and specific. I also liked the patient care plan link that sends my at home exercises to my email. (So I don't forget)
- Priscilla and Erin are both knowledgeable and offer corrections as I perform the exercises. They allow me to do the reps at my pace and adjusting of I am in too much pain. Ms. Rocky the front desk staff was very patient when I switched insurances, even with the back and forth of authorizations. The intern Chris is very professional and thorough.

I really love this place, the staffs are friendly and professional. I walked in with a shoulder/bicep injury that I couldn’t move my right shoulder comfortably. I saw Sarah and Chris (by the way both are awesome) helped me go through this and today is my 5th session and I already see improvement, I can move my shoulder easily, less pain and I can sleep at night pain free. Thank you guys, I highly recommend this place.

I started physical therapy at Select PT / Ruffin Rd over the summer, due to a flare-up of sciatica. I was immediately impressed with Tyler (the PT with whom i worked), both for his very personable style but also his work to help understand and treat underlying issues (including need to both strengthen and stretch.) When i developed a different but new issue, Tyler helped to pivot my program of treatment. I appreciate the attentiveness of staff and the friendly feeling of the place. While i am healed at this point, if i developed any new issues in the future, i would definitely return to Select PT!

I have been at select PT for nearly a month now and this has by far been my best physical therapy experience. Sarah always listens to my concerns and makes me feel better before I leave, they give me constructive exercises that I can actually feel working and the staff always makes my experience enjoyable. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
