Select Physical Therapy - Tarzana reviews
8I would rate zero stars if I could. The woman at the front desk was rude over the phone when I first made my appointment but I was able to make it. A week later she called asking for a script from my dr so my dr faxed one over. It was confirmed they received it. Then weeks later she called me to change the appt time and I agreed. The next day when I showed up for my appointment I had to fill out all my paperwork again because she lost it, and then they said they couldn’t see me for my appointment AFTER filling out new paperwork because she didn’t have a script. All of that and no appointment. Completely unorganized and I’m left without the PT I need. Would go ANYWHERE else!
Mikela is kind and patient. I started to feel much better after just a few sessions with Mikela. I’m looking forward to my therapy with Mikela, so thankful for her professional touch.
I went to Select Physical Therapy in Tarzana for treatment for my trigger finger and was very pleased with the care I got there. I have had physical therapy in the past for other issues at different places and I never was given so much useful information before. Tara was really good at explaining what was causing my issues and what it would.take to recover. The facility was friendly and comfortable as well.
I love my therapist, Mikella. Very patient and makes me feel like family. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend to everyone in need of any PT.
Alex is a great physical therapist. The exercises and especially the acupressure were very helpful.
Brought my daughter here for vestibular PT (for a concussion). Alex really seems to know what he's doing. He gave my daughter a series of exercises to do, a general plan of how often to do them, and when to ramp up or ramp down. He definitely has some expertise in this specific area of physical therapy.
I have visited many physical therapy business in the San Fernando Valley over the years. From the fancy ones next to Equinox and those off the main Boulevards. Too many of them chest the patient from the full time they are owed and are paying for. Spectrum is not trying to be the fanciest l, but they are trying and succeeding in providing personal service with the dedication to help the patient understand what the process will be and why. An educated patient gets better faster.
Make Spectrum your first call.
Secretary lady, she need to be a little bit more Nice and respectful with patients.
The other thing, physiotherapy methods they are using is a little bit old and there us no any modern and high tech machines.
Employees and managers are nice and they are good people.
