I think that Kelly and Catherine are the best therapist there because they care and take their time with their patients.

Caring, friendly trainers who know their stuff. Well-structured training plans, and they motivated me in a mellow, helpful way. I expect to play golf a lot longer because of Select PT!

Friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable staff enthused and helpful were both Shane & Katherine. I highly recommend this location. I am super satisfied with the progressive movements and exercises that smoothed out my pain and brought back my full range of motion to my right tennis lovers arm! Thrilled with the outcome on the courts and enjoying yoga planks and Pilates again. Thanks team and the sweet receptionist

For the first time in my working career, I experienced an injury on the job. I was first assessed by the District Manager Anne who thought I would need at least 12 weeks of therapy. She warned me of "frozen shoulder" from non-use and an aesthetician/hairdresser friend recently told me she had that and it was so painful. I've only purchased one band that I work with for my homework sessions.

I then began working with Kathryn Bildhauer whom I greatly appreciate.
She's very personable, punctual and clearly explained progressive exercises as well as homework. She also listens when there's an exercise I don't particularly like. She even shared playing her playlist during our last session.

(Having a B. S.in Physical Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder, a Personal Training Certificate from DeAnza College, Cupertino, and having been a personal and Apex trainer for 24HourFitness, Morgan Hill, as well as having competed in bodybuilding competitions, I truly appreciate someone knowledgeable to get my shoulder back to where it should be.)

Kathryn was on ski patrol, surfs, plays soccer and is an amazing athlete. Knowing body mechanics and progressions to move from restoring shoulder mobility and now the second phase of regaining strength, I feel totally comfortable and trust in her guidance along the path of recovery and restoration.

Do expect to do work during the therapy sessions and homework and follow the prescribed exercises, whether by print or an app.

Stephanie always calls me on Friday to remind me of my Monday morning appointments and a text during the weekend. They are normally booked out at least 3 weeks in advance, so have patience if you need to get physical therapy.

Jacob and Myra have also taken me through exercises and have been extremely helpful.

Select Physical Therapy is very, very good and has a variety of different types of exercises using a variety of equipment to keep the sessions interesting yet challenging.

I just completed my 6th session and will be reevaluated by Shane, a "local boy" from Hawaii P. T.before I progress to the next 6 sessions.

I am looking forward to getting back to my original strength and mobility of my shoulder and getting back to my normal exercises.

Having family members with dementia and ALS, being an advocate for them for 5 years before their passing, health is truly the most important thing we can pursue and retain.

I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy and suggest that if you have an injury and you're not physically where you think you should or want to be, consider making an appointment with them to fully enjoy your body mechanics- pending your doctor's recommendation and/or self-management.

Votre Sante!

Shane is tuned in to my specific needs, refers to the notes provided regarding my situation and treats me as an individual. He is a personable and a normal guy who makes me feel comfortable.
