Great show tonight. Lot of memories here for me. Place is looking old, it's Ben around for a while but still a good venue for concerts.

The shows are great and all but the staff is ignorant. I was not informed we needed a covid test for my niece when going to see the show and we u detest and covid is difficult to deal with right now but instead of getting help or anything the staff was demeaning and rude

Came here to see Disney On Ice. Great show, only issue is the seats are really cramped together, not much leg room. The employees were very helpfull and parking was easy to find.

I fell in the parking garage after exiting the elevator and bruised and scraped my knees. There should be signs to watch your step.

Need a bit more organization at the door during concerts.
Clean facilities, fast food court.
They said non smoking but people were smoking anyways. Nobody said anything.

Arrive at least an hour early! It will definitely take a while to get through security. We also had some trouble finding our seats. After asking three different employees, we finally found our way to our seats.

Saw Disney on Ice with two youngsters and thoroughly enjoyed. The legendary Selland Arena is one of downtown's crown jewels. The boys were fascinated when I pointed out the exterior (rust-colored) roofing and siding actually is rust and never needs painting. Same is true for the entire convention center. My college graduation (CSUF) was held in this timeless arena as well. Kudos to City of Fresno for their excellent stewardship of this first class venue.

Small venue, easy parking. Consider getting your tickets at the box office to save on all service charge fees from Ticketmaster. Staff is very helpful! Even going through security they are very polite and friendly.
