Took my grandmother to get a new car. Got a good deal and the gentleman who attended her was the best. Would recommend to others.

Sales person only quotes price of vehicle and then when you decide to take it then says car is with this price with all extra stuff they try to add on.beware

Stay away! Chevy department gave us a car we didn’t pick. Told us to come do paper work while it was being cleaned. Still waited a few hours and was brought a car that was filthy and not the one we picked we chose one that was AWD and this was not and the sticker wasn’t in the glove box and the salesman was confused because he said it’s always there. We believe they sold our car and then drove to another location and brought us a completely different vehicle l! Don’t trust these people

So I went in to Selma Nissan in the Selma automall today, and I was sure I was gonna leave without a new vehicle. But thanks to Jonny B. And his awesome manager Ahmad, I now have my very first brand new truck. Not only was the customer service incredible, these folks were honest, had a great sense of humor, and went above and beyond in every way to help me get into a safe new vehicle for me and my family! No more daily anxiety about if I will make it to work, or back home! And it's all thanks to the most helpful and genuinely kind car salesmen I have ever met. This place is a rip off they sell you a car with a warranty but no one takes the warranty and then lie to you about cancelling it.go somewhere else, they don't take care of the customer

I just spent alot of money buying a used vehicle from Nissan of Selma/Selma Auto Mall, and the vehicle I bought had 2 chips in the front windshield, but was hidden by an OK smog sticker. So when I took the vehicle home and wondered why they hadn't removed that sticker but all the other ones were removed, I found out why! And their detailing of my vehicle was terrible. I am still cleaning it and I have had the car for a week now. I am rubbing off all the water spots off with a compound that I purchased, then I am going to wax it. I told them about all of this when I took them the check for the full amount from my credit union on 10/31/22, and was told I already signed all the paperwork AS IS!: (The motor was never cleaned, I had to pull leaves and pine needles out of it!

Johnny B was extremely helpfully and profession during the whole process, he got me in the right vehicle I wanted. Even the manager Ahmad got me the exact payments I wanted. He was extremely helpfully during the whole process.

Took my for recall Called on 9-22-22 7: 13am the guy said yes come in Wednesday 9-28-22 8am
he called back at 11: 13am 9-22-22 to confirm that my part is there ready to get installed

Now on 9-28-22 at 2: 20pm (my car was at there place all day) they called me saying they have to order my part
Was disappointed took that long to relate to me they didn’t have the part in!

I loved the vehicles they had to offer! Good service.
But they couldn’t do a trade with a leased Toyota. We ended up going to Groppetti Gmc in Visalia, where we were able to trade in our Toyota and complete the sale of our new truck

Bunch of shysters/ rip off artists.car died after 10 days. Tried to finance me triple the price. If you have never financed a car dont go there. They don't want you! Thumbs down!
Don't buy the 2012 focus lic. No. 6RUN213 it will die on you on the freeway before you get home! Ruined all my ideas of how a car dealership should treat a paying customer. I was asked to return it after 3 weeks. I told them come get it yourself.

We could not come to a deal because they would not remove there add-ons. Now they call me every day for over 2 months and I have asked several times to be removed from there call lists. I will never again contact them for a car.
