2First to Paul's c. They most likely didn't come out because there isn't a noise curfew until 10: 00pm I'm assuming that's my best guess. Get a tape recorder start recording what your dealing with from 10: 01 on so you can go to the Mayor when you can't get help from p.d. Just be sure your neighbor is actually doing some thing wrong first. Have you let your neighbor know that after 10pm.you would appreciate that she follow the noise ordinance. Just a thought. Unless you live in a certain side of town they will not come out to do anything about it. 2 weeks ago my neighbor was bumping her music until well past 7 am. I called twice and no one ever came out. I’ve called twice tonight and so far nothing. But let it be a complaint on the other side of town and they will be there within minutes. Can’t let the rich folks lose sleep.
