My circumstances were fairly complicated, but Sergio and his team, during the first contact when I was frantic, calmed me down ensuring they could help me. I hung up the phone so much more relaxed, and confident my situation would be resolved, and they are getting there. Sergio, especially, has proven to me to be honest, diligent, with expert knowledge in all things taxes. His team is also knowledgeable, kind and attentive so I now have STR do my yearly tax returns, too, and I live outside California! I highly recommend them.

These professionals at Semper Tax are the real deal. I came to them completely distraught and stressed to the max as the last tax folks I had been dealing with were completely giving me the runaround for several years, keeping me on the hook of hope and completely taking advantage.they were chaotic, and totally incompetent. The other tax group.said I was not eligible for an Offer in Compromise when indeed I was, but Semper got it right and gave me my life back. I got an incredible OIC deal. Sergio and his team offer great service and Tax advise tailored to our unique tax situation. They have been extremely helpful through this process and we are very satisfied with our outcome so far. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After speaking to Sergio today I was left in tears. You see the commercials and think this could never be. We he and his team under promised and over delivered. They helped me with 6 years of back taxes. And lifted so much grief and anxiety from my life. This company dragged their feet with my case (which caused a lot of additional interest and fees), then Incorrectly filled out the important forms which made me have to step in and do things myself.

I would not recommend this company to anyone because not only did they take a huge payment from me, they cost me more money and stress by not resolving a single thing.

There are better options elsewhere.

Scammy. Not sure how they have a 5 star review. Took my money and did nothing for a couple of years. When I would periodically check in with the last person who was “my case manager” I would be informed that whoever it was, is no longer with the company, and that someone else would reach out. After all was said and done they told me I can go on a payment plan, which is something I could have set up on my own, without paying money to these guys. Dont believe the hype (or the fake reviews).

Mr. Sergio is very intelligent in giving me a solution to my problems with the IRS, since I have a missed payment with the IRS, and they did not give me a solution, they are very experts on this subject, he explained to me in detail what I should do. I am from Colombia and I am new with these IRS problems so do not hesitate to look for them, if you are in trouble like me contact them, they are the right ones to solve your problems. They are also very friendly, everyone from the secretariat is also very friendly. But Sergio feels like an expert on this subject with scares from the IRS.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. They helped me out when I was in over my head, I can't thank them enough. They were quick, detailed and transparent every step of the way.

I chose SF because unlike other services who charge you up front but also charge you again for each leg of work, SF only charges you once. Unfortunately that’s also because they stopped working on my case after the initial update. The “savings” they provided was negated by their fee. Communication is poor- I went months without a response but they were quick to reach out to solicit more services.

I was having trouble with my taxes and Google led me to Semper Tax Relief. I had the chance to talk to Sergio about it. He went through all the documents right away and helped me so much! He was so knowledgeable, extremely patient, and kind, as he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions. Thank you so much!
