I went to this Dr back in 2002. He removed 2 disc's in my neck put in donar bone. It failed then went to Stanford had the donar bone removed with 2 more disc's and titanium plate put in. Still totally disabled.

Very rude and disrespectful did not even look at the medication or paperwork and showed me the door said he couldn't help me what was I doing there

Had 3 back surgeries with him each one worse than the first couldn't walk right for years after him.run to another doctor he is no good i had a 4 th surgery from a different dr It was the best decision I made.

He showed so much concern which was a breath of fresh air since other younger drs. Don't Listen! He does and did both my hands a day after Christmas since then no more pain I can feel everything no numbness awesome dr. And his staff are like family so cool thanks so much

This man put me in a wheelchair for almost two years. He should put down the knife and stop working on people.

It was pointless for my wife to even show up for her appointment. I would recommend if you have back issues to go else where

Dr. Senegor was great, until about three weeks after the spinal surgery when my husband began experiencing extreme nerve pain. It became so severe that we went to the emergency room. They ultimately referred him back to Dr. Senegor, after conferring with the doctor over the phone. We were told his office would contact us with an appointment. Days later, still nothing. Multiple attempts to reach his office, finally spoke to someone who said they hadn't received anything from the hospital, and refused to make an appointment for my husband with his doctor. We were told, again, that they would leave a message for the doctor. A week later, the nerve pain continuing to increase in severity, I call and leave a message that we need an appointment, or I will come to the office and make a scene. Hallelujah, a snide woman calls back with an appointment for the following week (they have nothing available sooner.)
The mishandling of my husband's after care has bordered on sadistic. Whether it's caused by the doctor himself or the office staff, I would suggest avoiding this place if you have the option. I'll update this review after the hard-won appointment.
Update: The doctors were great at our appointment. Due to the nerve pain, they ordered an MRI and Xray, which had to be done offsite. The lady at the front desk told us that once the imaging place called us with an appointment, to call them and they would set the follow up. We did just that. Now, weeks later, we have the imaging results, have left messages with the office, no replies and no follow up appointment. Without functional office staff, it's nearly impossible to be able to see Dr Senegor. The Doctor gets 4 stars, the office staff that routinely attempts to block all access to him gets negative 10 stars.

Doctor Senegor went above and beyond his duty. The man clearly is good hearted and cares for everyone. He just met me, he drove to Valley MRI got my results, called the hospital to set me up with emergency surgery. He drove back to the hospital and 30 minutes later I was under the knives. I can now walk again due to this man. Time was not on my side and he acted on it. Thank you Doctor Senegor.

Dr senegor did major spine surgery on me giving me back more mobility, he is truely a great surgeon and a great person he cares for his patients, I'm thankful he took the time to explain it to me with options, his staff was very nice and appointments were very little wait time, if you wish to have the best look no further Dr senegor is the man! Thank you Dr senegor keep up the great work!

This review is about the office staff. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! You would think your dealing with High School students there. Literally every time not even joking EVERY SINGLE TIME we have called to get information on my husbands issues and surgery it is nothing but attitude that you’d get from a teenage girl. When you finally do get help their still snide condescending and just RUDE. My husband was scheduled for surgery for August. 5th @ 11am that day while half way to the hospital they contacted us saying that surgery was canceled because Dr. Thei has a surgery that he needed, and that we would be contacted for them to rescheduled. We haven’t been able to talk to ANYONE, here I am currently on hold as I type Nicole put me on hold knowing they were closing and has just left me on hold refusing to connect me with Monica who is also the office manager. She apparently has been busy ALL DAY scheduling NEW PATIENTS, don’t you think the people who have been canceled on should come BEFORE ANY NEW PATIENTS? !? COMMON SENSE ALERT! So now my husband has to suffer longer in pain with ZERO PAIN medication and wait until they ALL decide to stop being RUDE IMMATURE *******! This is so ridiculous and NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED, I pray the doctors of the practice reads the reviews and something actually gets done about who they have representing their clinic because your current staff SUCKS!
