I do not feel that these reviews are true because they lack punctuality, responsiveness, or professionalism. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times within a 2 day period so I ended up canceling as after 2 days of rescheduled appointment it did not make sense to continue to wait for repair on a company that clearly lacks professionalism and punctuality. Horrible service.

It was a pleasure having them work on my units. I have never seen such quality of work and such gentleman. I'm elderly and somewhat disabled and and I need it my air due to medical conditions I get sick in the heat. I couldn't get anyone to come. But they were here as soon as I got a hold of them awesome people thank you. God bless you Anthony

They continue to send me Bills from 7 months ago for $75 even though my warranty company took care of i. I have a series of emails showing that they already collected payment from my home warranty company but they wont stop harassing me.

I am enrolled in their maintenance program and I couldn't have asked for better. The price is totally reasonable, trust me I checked around. Bi-annual visits and I know exactly what was checked and its condition. Then you get the pictures and a plan sent right after the visit. Senergy staff is friendly and responsive and works with you when things inevitably come up. Totally recommended for you and your family.

I Had Synergy install a new a/c unit and reduct my entire house. I’ve had no problems at all it works awesome. Anthony and his crew are very professional and their attention to detail is what is really cool. Synergy really cares about making everything work right.

I had Anthony stop by for an estimate which he did at the day/time he offered. According to my wife, who was at home for the appointment, he seemed and sounded friendly and knowledgeable; however, since we were interviewing several contractors, we eventually selected another one for our project. We, of course, are very appreciative of his time and effort.
