Doctor Bao Nguyen is the worst! Very rude and disrespectful. Finding a different doctor for my mom. He makes doctor Hort office look very bad. Bad receptionist and customer service all around. Don’t waste your time with these soulless people.

I have been a patient here for almost my whole life. I went in today and needed to see the doctor because I was not feeling well. The guy in the front said I will not be able to seen today because I haven't seen the doctor in 3 years. The reason why I came in today is because I'm not feeling well. I did not know that you have to check up with your doctor even if you are not sick at all. This is nonsense that I was denied being seen because I have not seen my doctor in 3 years. I guess it is fine to deny your patient when they are dying. Recommend just running to urgent care on hammer lane. Plus this doctor does not know most of his medical terms. He needs to go to school again.

To the front desk lady that doesn’t know how to do her job. Next time please know your fact and don’t assume that my mom Medi-Cal is expired. Your action affect her well being. She got an infection. She’s 70 and it’s hard for her old body to fight it. If you were to call or double check her Medi-Cal all this won’t not had happen. She waited to renew her Medi-Cal at the SSI and come to find out it was never expire. She trusted your clinic. She been going there for years. I just hope going on forward that your staff would be very careful and helpful to other patients. I know it’s just a job to you but if that were your mom. You would understand the pain watching her suffer.

Me and the only other person here have been waiting for 40 minutes as the receptionists just sit there. The doctor has no other patients.

Edit: Still going on at an hour and a half. This is ridiculous.
