This company, exclusively the owner, Charmain Dooley, is straightforwardly money-hungry and will stoop to the lowest of the low to extract money from you or your loved one. She has been known to give high expectations, lies to get your business, and cheat business owners and families out of charging people ridiculous amounts of money for services that were not rendered. Charmaine Dooley is not honest and could be more professional in her business, which is filled with scandal. I would not hire this company for any of my placement needs. She looks friendly but pure evil and will screw you over as soon as your check clears.

I’m not one for really writing reviews but my family & I were so impressed with the service we received from Senior Care Alliance team, I had to let people know! My grandmother was in need of a place to live after my grandfather passed away so we reached out to Charmaine & her team! They made us feel really comfortable out of the gate & provided excellent care & communication through this entire process. The entire team was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. A Senior Care consultant came out the same day to provide an assessment for my grandmother & made us feel all right at home. I could go on detailing every step of this smooth process but I won’t bore you! I will tell you that my grandmother is very happy & has made a few new friends in the process. I would highly recommend Senior Care Alliance to all my friends, family & YOU!

What a way to take advantage of those with no other choices. After being told certified senior care homes were all full, the hospital found this facility. I now feel the staff takes advantage of people in need with no alternatives. We went to this house, were told all the right things, the home care staff was pleasant and the facility was nice so, even though it was tough, had no choice but to agreed to a certain price, but then when we signed the paperwork, we were told there would be an unexpected $1,500 fee on top. So we paid $5,000. We were assured mom would get the best care along with Hospice. Mom was transferred from the hospital, she passed away the NEXT DAY in the facility. We were told we could not be refunded ANY of the money, not even $3,500. It was one day, they knew she was dying and took advantage. The home did not even have to do much, they set up her room and tried to get her to eat soup that night. Even Hospice did very little as well, they gave her medication to comfort her and that was it. We were not told there would be no refunds, remember she was only there 1 and a half days, so they took all the money and are doing ABSOLUTELY nothing for the remaining 28 and a half. What a rip off!
