I have been working with Bonnie and her staff. Bonnie on a probate case. She has gone the extra mile to help me. I am in another state and I am confident that Bonnie will assist me. She has a great office staff and they will help along the way too. Bonnie handles a lot more than document preparation; she will provide additional services as running publication, etc.

I was in need of some guidance and help in my high conflict divorce which i couldnt afford my attorney for anymore… they talked me through the process… answered any questions i had so quickly and thoughtfully…i really couldnt have asked for more! So understanding. Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. Their communication is awful. I asked for proof of the documents that were sent on my husband’s behalf and Bonnie just stop responding. We asked for a refund and again she stopped responding. I will never use their services again and do not recommend anyone to use them. I was being pushed off and lied to the whole time.

Staff here is awesome they helped with paper work, copies and more. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Thank you guys so much! I definitely recommend.

Bonnie consistently files incorrect paperwork that results in delays on court processes, which you find out the day you show up to court. She has no experience in probate. In fact the judge told us she filed numerous incorrect forms. This has been costly to say the least.we have had to hire a new paralegal to redue her entire petition for our probate case.

Make sure that the services you need are the ones they offer you and then don't be surprised by the charge they charge you.
The confusing information.
I asked for advice to start a civil case, CLARIFYING THAT I ALREADY HAD A RESTRAINING ORDER READY, AND THEY CHARGED ME $350 to process a RESTRAINING order again, under the name of civil harassment.
I speak to cancel the contract and they do not respect the agreement that they mark in their policy.

If I could give it a zero I would. Bonnie sells a beautiful pic to charge you.but can't own up to mistake or even try to correct it, instead she hides in back office when I show up. Had me waiting over 2 months for a copy until I gave them an ultimatum. I went to get a case update to the court myself on 7/31 and they were barely filing docs. Way to drop the ball and not want to fix the issues. I was even told to do whatever and there's was not going to be a refund of my $2k+ Only person worth in that company would be Ana the "runner/server" she's honest. Everyone else is just scrambling around the office like a chicken with their head cut off because they can never find anything. My recommendation hire a lawyer to do all the docs correctly so there's no wasted time.
