Nice management. Prices might be higher. Clean. Could use insulation on roof gets pretty hot inside of unit.

The managers became good friends. When I let them know certain problems made impossible to make a full payment. They were happy to work with me. Being my first time in a little over two years they were nice enough not give a late charge. I managed to come up with the rest of the rent sooner than expected and got caught up early. It would have taken until the next month if not for they're kindness and understanding. They even sent me a real nice thankyou for getting it paid before the next bill was dew. And other nice compliments. They are always willing to work with all of us. They even helped my ex wife when she was having financial problems. At that Time they didn't know we even knew each other.

Had a storage here for 4 years and they only raised the rent 5.00. And the on site manager Tim, will go above on beyond for his tenants. Which is why I've been there so long. Also the only reason I gave them a 5 star rating is because I wasn't able to give them 10 **********.

EXCELLENT storage unit in Shingle Springs. Superior customer service (thanks Tim!), convenient location and SECURE/gated facility/on-site manager! We opted for an outer-facing unit that we could drive up too. It was perfect! Driveway is a bit uneven in parts, but that is the only con I can think of. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful with nice clean units at a fair price. You won't find a nicer storage manager to deal with and based on my last storage unit that turns out to be important to me.

We've had a drive up roll-top storage unit at Sentry Storage Shingle Springs for 2 years. It is wonderful to store our seasonal decorations, mementos and extra furniture. With auto monthly billing available, I don't need to worry about late fees. Their staff are friendly and the units are kept in pristine condition. Also a great location~ right off of Hwy 50 and South Shingle Road.

Recently needed small a storage space, checked local prices/features and Sentry offered a good deal. Excellent customer service, clean and well-secured.
