4Nobody's actually cooler than the beautiful lady that works there named Reese she is the ideal candidate to run this or any facility that serves the public. Something curies for being you you're awesome rock woman and I just love your style.
Reese went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size unit for what I needed to store and made the application process so easy and convenient. Excellent customer service! She was so friendly and welcoming.
BEWARE ALL. I went to my unit last week and i was robbed. I rented a upstairs hallway unit where you have to go into the office and give id it get the key to enter the hallway. So i thought my stuff was safe. WRONG. Showed up last week to my lock cut and the managements lock on my unit. I called them and asked why they said they found it cut open and locked it. Now all my stuff is gone. I been a customer here for around 10 years. So BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. 2/13/13
Staff is very unprofessional and rude
at times, nobody will be in the office to where you will have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for someone to show up to the office because no one will be in the office to give you a key for the hallways. SO IF YOUR ON A SCHEDULE OR TIME LIMIT THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
You cant call the office phone, no one will answer.
Very racist towards others, they don't hire outside their race, if they do their very rude to them to where they quit.
Facility is very nasty, dirty, and unclean.
This place sometimes allows CASH, even tho the employees say they don't, They do, only to whom they like more, you have to be in good for CASH Payments.its crazy.
Hallways are filthy.
The owner will be upstairs while people are waiting to get into their units and He wont help
