It was the first store we were able to visit in person in over 3 months. The manager, Amy, and her staff were so helpful and welcoming.

Great service. Great products. Associates are very helpful. And the entry and store are well sanitized.

I got the Hydrafacial, and it was such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and they made me feel so comfortable, even with no makeup on. They gave great advise for after care. I'm def planning on going back.

Whenever I walk into Sephora, I am so impressed with all of the marvelous products that they carry. I was very happy with Jacqueline helping me to find what I needed to help me with my situation. She was very insightful and thoughtful and made me feel very much at ease.she even showed me how to apply the products which I was purchasing. I am always definitely impressed when I visit this location of Sephora! If you have a chance, stop in and be sure to ask for Jacqueline!

Store is clean and staff is friendly I only found one out of the two items I needed, but other than that check out was quick and the selection of products was decent. The store seemed more makeup forward than skin care forward.

Awesom place! Mina helped me so much find the products that work best for my skin. We chose a line that uses no chemicals and I'm really excited. They have great products from skin to hair and more! Definitely coming back!:) Mina was so sweet to also give my samples!

Loveeeeeed my make up artist! She did my makeup for my rehearsal dinner and I had a blast and learned a lot of tips too.

I saw the hourglass primer on YouTube and thought it might going to work for me and went to sephora westlake to get a sample before purchasing it. Asked Michelle if she can get ke a sample. She put a drop of the primer and gave it yo me. I asked her if she could put a little more in the small container since the amount she put in there is only going to cover my chin! She said that's how much i can get! I gave her back the container and left the store.

I got my makeup done here the other day and they made me feel like a princess! I love the selection of products. Always has parking which is great. The customer service is a little hit or miss here.

I will go to Nordstrom's in a heartbeat for my cosmetics, as I always have, where the sales people talk to you and answer your questions and ask you if you want help, after my experience at SEPHORA. The staff Saturday afternoon 3-17-18 was only interested in talking to each other as if the girls were at a big pajama party, and putting the customers on IGNORE. My daughter and I had questions about pencil liners and more but NO ONE approached us until they saw my credit card. No service provided other than taking my money. I was offended at their blatant display of disrespect to the customer, their inability to approach clients obviously needing help, & their non interest in engaging. What a joke; look for Sephora in Westlake Promenade to close soon.

I went with my Sister and Mom. The staff was very friendly and were happy to spend time educating and answering their questions.
