I will definitely recommend this place to every girl out there! It was all worth it! No questions about why many people admired this place.

Staff is always helpful and you need to check the quality before buying items. Especially for skincare. Sometimes products have super irritating ingredients so stay away from anything that will break you out.

I went into Sephora yesterday looking for a specific scent and Michelle came to my rescue with a plethora of brand knowledge and variety of samples. It was like listening to a podcast about perfume. I couldn’t decide from 2 scents, and she found a sample pack that had both in it. I’ll be back to grab the one I choose. Thanks Michelle, you’re a doll!

I now have a new addiction: false eyelashes. Not that I've ever worn them, but I plan to do so asap. Superfun shopping buddy Reg E.and I went to Cinema Secrets for some geisha makeup and ended up walking out with all sortsa little goodies, including the above-mentioned lashes.
Ladies and gents: if you're looking to augment what nature gave you (or didn't give you) in the eyelash department, look no further. Do you want long feathery rainbow colored lashes? Glittery Liza-Minelli-esque eye batters edged in miniscule crystals? Glow in the dark "realistic" lashes? Go go go! Go to Cinema Secrets. The staff is ultra-friendly and knowledgeable, they have great prices, and stock lines like Ben Nye (if it's good enough for the world's top makeup artists, it's good enough for little old Valentina).

They're attached to a pleasant-looking hair salon whose owner told Reg and I we should come there because we look "edgy. " I always luv a compliment, but my darling Aubrey from Studio DNA remains my man, hair-wise (hey, when other hairdressers want to poach you because they like your style, you know you're going in the right direction).

Cinema Secrets has parking in the back, and is close enough to Porto's and Bob's Big Boy and all the fabby thrift stores in Burbank to make it worth a real girlie shopping outing. Hey, I even saw some boy-girl shopping outings, as in couples, and everyone was having much fun.

So: if you're out on the town and see a chick with long turquoise and acid-green lashes (extra bling: they're black-light sensitive) stop by and say Hi.

Very unfriendly service. I wanted to get some samples. It took a bit before I could find a staff member to assist me. She helped me and answered my questions, but I got the feeling she did not want to help me. I tried to be friendly and asked about her day, but she just would not engage with me. Maybe she was having a rough day. Maybe other staff members are more friendly. I was just surprised how cold the service was and I felt like I was a bother. I’ve consistently gotten extremely quick, efficient, and friendly service from the Sephora at the Grove. I don’t think I’ll be using this Sephora again and will stick with going to the Grove.

Today was my first visit to SEPHORA and I had a really great time! I had a few products in mind before going, and I ended up getting more, of course.

Big fan of Sephora. Love the remodel of the store and the mall overall. Especially since I come here often living so close - it's a win win. My only disappointment is the inconstency in service. But, I have noticed that at almost all of the Sephora's I have been to.

They have a lot of variety. I never went to a make up store before, and I was very happy with the service and options.

The best Sephora! Convenient parking, excellent location, wonderful staff. Pushie assisted me in finding the perfect foundation for my skin. She took her time with me, which resulted in me finding the perfect shade, finally!

Because it is like a candy store, I came in and come out keeping on mind what I need. Helpful staff. Flexible return policy.

Not very helpful staff. May be because I came in the end of the day and everyone could not wait to get home. I needed some more attention for my scheduled visit. Planned to buy more. Ended up going to the store across to get the rest I needed.

This location has improved by leaps and bounds. A few years ago it was full of affected staff that moved to L. A.to be actors and didn't have time to talk to you. They've become friendlier - finally - and will usually help you as you walk in. There are still lingering reminders of the horrible service of the past but they don't come out as often. The best time to visit is right when they open.

The new and improved Sephora! *Just RE-OPENED* This is my fav Sephora in all of LA! I live in the valley and I would consider sitting in traffic to go to this Sephora. It's BRAND NEW, extremely neat, fully stocked and the staff is super friendly and approachable. Definitely will be shopping here for all of my Beauty needs!
