Alex was awesome! He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, took his time with me and wasn’t pushy at all. Thank you so much Alex, the customer service was amazing!

I enjoyed my visit to Sephora. We were helped by two gentlemen who knew what they were doing. (a nice change) I would go back in a second if I needed anything else. I know my questions will be answered honestly and I would be steered in the right direction.

The girls were so helpful. I am not an expert when it comes to make up and they took very good care of me. Great recommendations.

Poor customer service, will never go back again. Bought Nars blush that clearly has a defect and they knew about this but wouldn't take it back because the manufacturer hadn't issued a recall.

Shout out to J. R. Irena and Alex at the Pac City location! Best customer service experience to date. This is why I choose the Pac City store over other locations closer to me.

The lessons to be learned by observing this store proved to be surprising enlightening. But would not recommend shopping there. I would recommend looking in the mirror less.

Alex really helped me out. I’m a guy and don’t know anything about makeup. But I started a web series and need to get good at it. He set me up big time with foundation, concealer, powder, face wash, moisturizer, and brow makeup.sure he got me to spend $300 but no one said looking beautiful was cheap haha. Thx a lot, Alex! I’ll be back when I need more. I really love the rice face wash and moisturizer too.
