Even during the hustle and bustle of the last minute shopping season, this Sephora nailed it! Plenty of staff, they carry Gucci Westman Atelier, and everyone appeared to love being there. The staff were fun and awesome. Quick & Easy!

The employees here are the best.i went in on a busy night *black friday* and yet i was still helped out by about 4 associates, i wish i caught their names though

The service here is sooo slow even first thing in the morning, that when they asked if I was a rewards member, it was just quicker to say no and forfeit the points. Plenty of staff milking around on the floor (with practically no other customers yet) and only one behind the counter. Reminds me of customs at LAX. The staff on the floor are helpful, but put more people behind the counters instead of having to wait almost 10 minutes to be served at just after opening on a weekday.

Not coming back.accused me of stealing and said they were calling the cops.i was not stealing.cause me a major panic attack.not leaving the house for awhile.thanks sephora.

I loved this Sephora as the minute my friend & I walked in, we were greeted by their very nice staff and were asked how they could assist us. I told them what I was looking for, and was immediately directed to David, he is professional, very polite and so knowledgeable on the products I was looking for. He is just great! Immediately found what I was looking for. He also helped me choose the right color for my skin tone. Ended up buying 4 fabulous items, also assisted by David. And Keith helped my friend and I choose 2 Givenchy lipsticks, he was also great. The store is so large and in such a convenient location, you will love visiting this one. And the variety of so many different types of luxury & less expensive brands for skincare, makeup, body care & more are immense. I encourage you to visit this location, it's just FABULOUS!

Coming from Texas this Sephora is amazing. All the luxury items were in store to actually try out and more. I was offered help a few times. The cashier lady with my same last name was very nice and friendly!

This review is for Ciara. I’m only in California for my wedding and she did my make up twice she totally understand me about my love hate relationship with makeup. Excellent customer service I highly recommended her.

Huge store with affordable and high-end cosmetics. Staff is more than great and very helpful. No waiting lines to enter and regardless of how long the cashier line is, it moves very fast. They provide an excellent service to anybcustomer seeking always customer satisfaction

Senna at the perfume counter is amazing. Very knowledgeable and gave us 5 Star service. Make sure you ask for her at The Grove Sephora.

They are inconsistent, you will get different answers for the same question from different reps. The general store manager is not available. The rep Alyssa takes returns very personally and refused to return my item and marked it as picked up when I never picked it up and rejected the order due to not all items are available- how do you expect a customer that pays for shampoo and conditioner to o my pay for conditioner? You need them both- this was the absolute worse Sephora experience ever like a different company compared to Pasadena Hollywood and highland even- this store is a complete mess and not lgbtq friendly rather lgbtq vengeful

$30.00 dollars buys you a new look for work! I had eye makeup applied and it lifted my morning! Lashes are a messy job for me- so it was a treat to have a pro handle the situation! In person or zoom I am ready!

I won't be coming back to this location. Staff are not the most helpful. I've been to other locations where staff are definitely better. I needed a color match and after having all these colors on my wrist, I asked for something to wipe it off with but staff just walked off. Told me just look on the sides for tissue. In another aisle, I asked for a new setting spray. Another staff said the display was new but I know it was used. It was opened & unsealed. After I paid, the cashier just handed all my items to me. I had to ask for a bag to put them all in. Like hello is this a grocery store where I have to bring my own bag now? ! And to top it all of, they don't validate parking. They told me to go to Nordstrom to get parking validation.

My family and I were looking at products for a birthday gift & employees kept looking at us “weird ” and then followed us around. Made me uncomfortable so I just chose to spend my money elsewhere. I seen someone else post the exact same thing I guess they do this often.

I went in here because I wanted a new foundation and needed to swatch a couple of shades from a specific brand I had in mind. I hate shopping around. Once I have a product in mind, I go in and out real quick so I thought it’d be easy and straightforward. Wrong. The store was mostly empty and quite a few employees were standing around but somehow not one of them offered to help. When I finally asked one of them about wanting to swatch a foundation, she flat out said they’re not doing that right now. Well, I know that’s a straight out lie because the location in Pasadena had their employees assisting customers when it came to swatching a few weeks back. Also, I’d understand if this was last year, but somehow I find it hard to believe that the entire state is due to open back up in 2 weeks but somehow swatching a foundation is still forbidden at Sephora. Definitely not going back to this particular location. Next time what I’ll do is just buy the foundations from Sephora.com and return the ones that don’t work, environmental and product waste be damned, I suppose.
