SEPHORA, Sherman Oaks CA

I ordered same-day delivery on Feb 6th and they didn't send it to me until Feb 7th. By the time they sent it, their delivery person wouldn't come in my community gate and couldn't communicate with me. 20 minutes later, he told me he left! I ordered same-day delivery but I didn't get my delivery for 2 days! This is absolutely horrible. They need to do this better. I'm very disappointed.

I love this place! I was assisted by one of the girls from the store and she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and matched me with the right foundation. Prices are a bit high.but you get quality

I didn't have a bad experience 3 is good for me a 5 is excellent. I've been having trouble finding a cover up that don't make me look Orange a young lady that works there helped me find a brand I bought it! IT'S wonderful I've never SHOP at this store I always shop at Ulta but now I will consider it. Thank you

Everything is clean and often in stock.most of all they dont hound you here.which is why i always give good reviews on the survey.plus its a safe and great location! I just wish there was a little more excitement in the plaza next door.

Unbelievable that so many celebrity endorsed lines would be in an establishment that provides the worst customer service and entitled employee attitudes of all time. I have not been in since Rhianna line was new. Everything was on back order and no one was of any help then. Fast forward went in wanting the same product and walked out empty handed once again. Nothing has changed. I don't recommend this store at all.

I wish I got the name of the beautiful lady (sorry if I'm assuming gender here) that helped me. I walked in on a mission and unlike most Sephora's that I go in to. This woman stopped her conversation and helped me immediately. I said what I needed and she instantly was on it. (I needed to be color matched for the Danessa balm, if this helps identify her) and she was willing to work with me to do so effectively and efficiently. It was crowded but I was in and out in about 20 min. We LOVE TO SEE IT.

I know I'm not dressed up but making me feel like I'm a bumb they saw me looked me up and down and ignored me the guy there also looked me up and down I don't understand why ppl need to relax

When I tell you this girl went above and beyond! Selena! She was the life of the store, thank you so much for your help. She helped me find everything I needed for my travel that most of the employees thought were sold out. Everyone was great and helped but Selena did not stop until she found it! Thank you!

I went to the Sephora inside the Westfield Mall in Sherman Oaks. Extremely friendly staff. Better stocked than the last Sephora I went to. I wish I wasn't so scatter brained that day, otherwise I'd give the Men and Women in this Sephora credit for being so helpful, and attentive. Honestly, it's the best experience I've had at a Sephora in a long time. If they didn't have something in stock, they'd offer putting in an order online for you at the register. I didn't ask, but it was nice to know I have that option. Great experience. Thank you ️

Great service. It was very busy, but the cashier took time to search for the product that I needed.

Meh Sales associates profile you which is getting annoying. I can’t even take a look around the store to see what’s on sale first before I actually start shopping. I was prepared to use my lil 100$ gift card but they made it awkward. The lost prevention guy made sure to walk over to me and the girl freaked out when I touched the drawer to open it. I’m assuming this jobs her life at how awed she was by me opening the drawer full of makeup You’d thought I slapped her child. I don’t even have the energy to give her weird self attitude.it’s a smaller store so they don’t carry several brands.

Very helpful staff at this Sephora! Didn't try to upsell me and were very knowledgeable.
