Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
15This is probably one of the best Sephora locations in LA. It’s huge and has everything you’d ever need, and more.
Received worst customer service from Dina! Worst very rude disrespectful and unprofessional person! Doesn’t know how to speak with customers.
Linda G.was so helpful and kind. Made me feel very welcomed and was able to help me out very well. She went above and beyond and had great customer service skills.
Same Sephora as every other one. I this one's location the best though. Very nice walk and shopping area. Plenty of food options around as well.
I was nervous walking in. I've had bad experiences with customer service in other stores where the shop attendants treat me like I am not worthy of shopping in their store. However, Linda was very kind to me and helped me with my purchase, making sure I got the best deal! I will be coming back to this Sephora because of the great service and abundance of products. Some of the stuff that is sold out on the Sephora website was found in the store.
Linda was super helpful finding fragrances for me and she was able to check me out so I didn't have to wait in line
Do not get your makeup done here. I have cool skin (verified by multiple image consultants), and the makeup artist applied all warm-gold products to my skin. I asked for a natural makeup look and left looking a bit drag as well. As soon as I got home, I removed the makeup because I was so uncomfortable. It was very embarrassing, I looked like a clown. Get your makeup done elsewhere.
This was a great Sephora everything I wanted was I stock and there was plenty of staff to help me.
I wanted to return item they refused to get it back by saying as you returned 2 times you cant get refund i asked about written policy they couldnt provide it and when i asked for manager one of the cashier represent her as a manager, keep the long story short recommend everyone to make sure about return policy since they dont have written policy
Lots of great products but this location is too crowded and some customers are just thoughtless. Understandably, the wait to check out is sometimes long. Next time I will order online.
Earlier today my friend was having a hickey crisis luckily the people at sephora helped her and were really funny we owe them so much
Staff was very nice Always they were helping me. All my cosmetics I bought from here. You can find all cosmetics brands Dior, Givenchy, Armani, Tart, Lancôme, etc. My hair product and skin products I also buy from Sephora. And if you are member once a year you got a gift on your birthday from Sephora. It’s a small but very nice.
Worst experience I’ve had a Sephora store. Don’t recommend going here. Employees were either very unpleasant or extremely pushy. There were people pushing certain brands that didn’t even have a Sephora uniform or name badge - it was so weird and shady I’ve never experienced that before. The store is very unorganized, dirty (many product boxes covered in dust), and crowded without good line management.
Great staff. I love the variety of items they have. I enjoyed my time at Sephora. I highly recommend.
I don’t usually leave reviews for chain stores but Nicky was the sweetest & most helpful ever and the rest of the girls in this store were so kind and pleasant. I was actually very charmed by this Sephora, it’s unlikely I’ll go to any other in LA from now on.
