Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
18I can’t quite remember her name but Ellie or Ellia matched my foundation + concealer perfectly! She was patient and easy to talk to. Also, Lexy was so sweet, caring, and such a positive soul! She helped me at the cash register. Truly, out of all the experiences I’ve ever had at Sephora, this one was the best one! Usually, I hate walking into Sephora but walking into this Sephora was different. I recommend coming here due to the great customer service. On top of that, all the other girls on the floor were also nice.
Lynette at this location is amazing if she isn’t in charge of running the store she should be. Super kind, beautiful, knowledgeable and friendly
I rarely go to Sephora, but when I do go the employees are usually helpful. But I recently went and they were out of the blush I was looking for. I've seen customers open the bottom storage drawers before, so I thought it was okay for me to search in the drawer. But then an employee marches over and asks if she can help me with anything. After she confirmed they were out of the blush, she said to not open the bottom drawers because we don't like customers going through them. The problem was the tone of her voice and the way she was talking to me. Makes me not want to go to that Sephora again. She could have been nicer and perhaps they should post signs to not open the drawers or lock them.
Followed around the store and pulled out of line. I already left a customer survey detailing every part of my experience there, and was emailed back a very "we're sorry you felt that way.here's a hundred excuses that corporate gave me to gaslight you so you feel stupid for experiencing what you did.can't wait to see you back in our store! ". That was the first time I'd been to this location in years too, and it was an immediate reminder why I go to Fashion Fair or shop online.
Not the most helpful of employees there. They are nice, but we had a woman named Blanca tried to help us out. My husband specifically said that he was looking for a cologne for his dad (man in his 60's). Blanca didn't ask of anything about his dad's scent preferences or current cologne collection, just went into "I really love fresh scents like xyz" - it's not for you, it's for his dad, we're not buying for you, honey. Customer service could use some work there.
Terrible customer service from cashier. No idea what they have in stock. Sent me away to buy online when product was available in store. Better off just shopping online. I try to support the stores but what's the point when service is terrible.
I had a very bad shopping experience today, when I was shopping for goods, a black female shop assistant came to me and asked me not what service I need, but do I have COVID? Then she asked me to put on a mask, but she did not wear a mask. When I put on a mask, I looked at all the customers and no one wore a mask. I finally realized that she discriminated against me. Because I'm not white. Don't come here. It's horrible
I’ve never shopped at this location. I went in one time with my friend about a month ago. She wanted to pick up an online order. She was having a hard time downloading the information she needed to pick up her order, So I decided to walk around and take a look at the products in the skin care area. I walked away from her for less than three minutes. But that was enough time for security to follow me around. It was so offensive! I felt profiled! Companies have to do what they have to do but try not to make it so obvious.
Wide selection of brands and excellent service for questions or product needs. Prompt and courteous check-out. >^. ^<
Had the best time. Was greeted by the friendliest, most knowledgeable, helpful, genuine person ever. Walked with me through the entire store & helped me pick out everything from brushes & skin care to red eyeliner & brow tools. She had tons of recommendations. She matched a foundation to my skin tone perfectly. It was like shopping with a friend. Thank you Jeanette S. You made me feel welcome & loved️
Everyone was really helpful. I was in a hurry and got the 3 items I need it with in 10min.
Quick service and good skin care advice. Also got a heads up on how to ear triple points on my purchase from Taylor
Short, blond, old lady followed my friend and I around the store for no reason! Made our experience very uncomfortable. It was very clear she was following us around because we aren’t white and she had suspicions. Horrible employee. Don’t come here.
Didn't realize they don't do returns from other Sephora stores in the chain. They only do the return for store credit. I didn't really need anything at the time so I was a little disappointed. But I do understand policy is policy.
Friendly, cool employees with excellent customer service skills. They made it easy to find what I needed. Thanks!
Jeanette (I apologize if I spell it incorrectly) helped me not too long ago and the products she recommended for my skin are a god send. I highly recommend anyone who needs help to go to her!
They shade matched me and gratefully exchanged my foundation that I ordered online. It wasn't busy there at all and I didn't have to wait.
Thank you to the helpful and always knowledgeable ladies at this Sephora. ALL so nice and genuine when giving make up advice!
