SEPHORA, Fresno CA

I love coming to this location, I shop here very often but I am very disappointed in the cashier Arturo. He was very rude to me when I was checking out and I left with a very bad customer service experience. I hate that this happened because again I love this location but I hope he can get coached and be developed into a friendlier associate.

Come on, it's Sephora.what else can I say.
For a much quieter experience.surprisingly, KOHLS Sephora is AMAZING (KHOLS is not some place I shop at.but I would for a Sephora all.to.myself!).

I came here to just browse but ended up leaving with a few items. Shia helped me and she was so knowledgeable and nice. She took her time showing me different products and just overall I felt comfortable with her. I really liked the service! The cashier was nice too:) I don't remember her name but this was around 12: 20pm. I will be coming here more often!

They are a smaller store but I usually find what I'm looking for. They usually have friendly personnel but once in a great while, I get some rude employees. Don't know if they're new (either to Sephora or that store) but I do have the regulars that are super helpful & pretty awesome.

Staff amazing everyone explained and selected perfect items. I wwnt straight home and tried and so far satisfied with half my purchase. I will know in a few weeks the results of the other half. Totally recommend sephora fresno location.

I walked in, I was greeted by this lady at the door, then again I was walking around trying to get a good pressed powder, so I asked a lady for help, she then said, I have 2 people ahead of you, then I was still walking around, when she was done with those 2 people she was helping another customer when I was ahead of those 2 people, she didn’t even bother looking for me to see if I still needed help, nobody go here the customer service is bad!

The absolute rudest employee's. Will not greet you, will not ask if you need help when standing right next to you. When you ask for assistance they are annoyed with you. I miss the one inside of jcpennys they were so friendly. Will drive a little and go to a different location to be treated well and helped.

Customer service was not great. Help with color matching was a stretch. Rep seems uninterested.

I went here to get my makeup done for a Christmas photoshoot. Fatima did an amazing job and made me look fabulous for our photos. Friendly staff and very clean store.

I absolutely love this place, the smell of makeup and perfume is wonderful, the people working here are helpful, some definitely more than others, come on people you are surrounded by makeup and perfume so please smile and be polite to your customers. I could spend hours just shopping for lipstick and perfume, they make my world go round.

The cashier was so rude her name was Brenda. It was my birthday too, and she was so unpleasant snatched the money out of my hand and all. Not sure I will be returning to this location.

0 stars if I could. I walked in behind 2 other girls, after the woman greeted THEM she said asked me if I needed help finding something and I said no, she then said something over the walkie talkie and the man asked me for help 2 seconds later. I’m assuming they thought I was going to steal. The gag is I work for Sephora as well and I also do not steal. I didn’t want to buy anything I asked for a sample of a serum which the guy barely put any in there. Seems like some sephora employees pick and choose who they want to be kind to. Won’t be shopping here when I do shop and just go to River Park.

I walked in there with my niece today they helped her but I’m just walking around waiting to be helped and nothing so I just walked out 2 girls by the entrance were like bye have a nice day lol it would have been nicer to have been helped smh I won’t be going in there again I guess you gotta look a certain way to get any services in fashion fair Sephora

It's good, but doesn't have some Gucci lipsticks products, the ordinary product (some).

Staff is great and very helpful, however the store doesn't carry everything I've seen in bigger stores. Still a good experience

Unfriendly, didn't even attempt to assist me, perhaps if there were associates of African decent the experience would have been different
