They had the items in stock that i was looking for. Sheena and Cass were great at helping me find everything I needed, and price check some items.

The store sale is not familiar with the products enough, they gave me a conclear claimed as has lighter color but it turns out darker that I had to wiped it all.

The manager at this store was less than helpful and left us midconversation, claiming that she was the "manager on duty" and had to go. Managers should have better and more personable customer service. A shame.

I like this store but last time I went in it was excessively hot so much so I couldn’t stay long and cut my trip short to get out there.

Busy. Busy. Busy. Go when there's no holiday and it's not the weekend. Good selection of makeup and fragrances.

I had a great experience here! Tina was so gentle and helpful. She gave excellent tips and I love the makeup! Thank you Sephora!

Don’t open the bottom doors says the employee

Put a sign then or even better LOCK THEM UP. 0% common sense.

The products and general atmosphere are always very nice. I would enjoy going in there if I was allowed to take my time to check everything out on my own terms. I really wish I was given the chance to do so in peace.

I was offered help many, many, many times. I appreciate that there's assistance available and I know employees are incentivised to approach people - I don't blame them, it sells and it helps with loss prevention - but I wish they weren't pushed to harass customers to this extreme. I would have a much better shopping experience if I was given the freedom to take things in without a different person asking me if I need anything every two minutes.

I found myself going out of my way to avoid certain displays if I didn't think I could reach them without having to engage in unnecessary conversation with the employees who were lurking there. And there were a lot of employees. It was actively stressful.

I eventually did have a question and the lady who very helpfully answered that question proceeded to touch my hands and my arms without permission, then showed me some products and applied them to both my hands, again without asking permission or telling me what was in them. Fortunately I don't have a coconut allergy - I wasn't asked about it before it was smeared all over my skin.

She also pointed out that the products I'd already chosen - that I'd been happily using for years - "aren't clean". At no point was I told what on earth that means (is dirt a primary ingredient? Do they have pork in them? What does "clean" mean in this context?) - and I never asked for an opinion on that. She just implied it was something I shouldn't want and asked if I was sure about buying the brand I like.

I do genuinely appreciate her showing me a product that I ended up buying and think I will like, but I will be avoiding this location for the foreseeable future. I love the products but I don't enjoy being drowned in unnecessary customer service, and being touched by a stranger without warning made me wildly uncomfortable. I'm amazed anyone would assume that was okay.

This is the best location I have been seeing. Everything is perfect and the staff was really friendly.

One of the worst experiences of any Sephora I have ever shopped in. This location is unexpectedly small—Fashion Valley is much larger, and even Del Mar & Encinitas have better selections & store layout. It’s very narrow, which makes navigating it tough-expect to bump shoulders with every other person during peak shopping hours. They seemed to be running very low on color cosmetics inventory during my visit on 4/13/23. The most unfortunate of all, I did not have one single associate approach me and offer service. I did 3 laps around the floor, going through every department, and wasn’t offered help or even remotely acknowledged once. They clearly don’t care about retaining sales, so I will take my business to one of the many other, friendlier, Sephora locations in San Diego County.

Ok I battled between 3 stars and 4 stars. This location is just too narrow and claustrophobic feeling. Just hit with bright lights and a small passage. I never like to browse at this location. Don't go during rush hour or you'll be elbow to elbow.

Good! It's busy so you'll have to find help yourself if you need anything. But it could've been just the time of day. But they have everything you need.

Zoey was really helpful today when I asked her to help me find the right shade of foundation. I was impressed with her knowledge, patience, and determination to help. I had this service many times before at Sephora but this is the first time in my life I bought a fantastic foundation that matches my skin 100%. It was Hous Labs. Thanks Zoey, not a lot of girls there would be willing to help.

I love makeup, so for me it is a must stop. Prices have risen in recent months and there were shortages of some products. You can try the makeup and perfumes since they have a tester to better see the characteristics of the products

I missed sephora during the pandemic but they're the best beauty product retailer chain
