Horrible return policy! My daughter received a few items for Christmas and we tried to return without a receipt, and unable to even get a gift card for the return. Since they were a gift we do not have a receipt. Hope they will change this policy

Poor customer service and workers were all over the place, they seemed not to know what they were doing and when I asked for a product they said I could take the one on the display. Little effort and no spirit. Wont be coming back.

I recently visited Sephora to find the perfect foundation shade, and I left with more than just a color match. On a regular summer day, I walked in with one goal: to update my foundation. Little did I know that this visit would reshape my approach to makeup.

I was assisted by a young associate, and I have to admit, I underestimated her at first. I’m pretty particular about how my foundation looks on my dry skin. But this experience taught me something I hadn’t considered before.

The associate introduced me to the idea that different moisturizers can make a big difference in how foundation looks and feels. She explained how the right moisturizer can prevent foundation from looking patchy or cakey, an issue I’d dealt with in the past. It might seem obvious now, but her advice was an eye-opener.

Thanks to her guidance, I not only found my perfect foundation shade but also learned the importance of proper skincare before applying makeup. This visit has truly changed how I approach makeup, and I can now achieve a flawless finish that works for my dry skin most days (still a work in progress).

Associates were pleasant and patient. I had a planty of time to taste numerous brands and compositions. A space is limited and many customers are so close to each other, forget about 6 feet precaution measures there. Please looks so crowdy, located in the heart of downtown of PSP.

I shop at Sephora enough that the staff know me by name. Also, they are always kind to my autistic son and I only mention the autism because he has special quirks that make some of the general public rudely stare but the staff are always welcoming towards us even though they are never far from me should I have any questions they usually leave me looking around on my own because they know that's how I love to shop so they're in tune with shopper's. I'd like to add that even though my son thinks they sell man repellent at Sephora I have to explain that most people love and wear makeup for themselves and themselves alone. Anyways great, friendly staff in the downtown Palm Springs location go check it out.

Alexa was seriously the sweetest person in there. No one else in the store even looked at us and Alexa went out of her way to assist us. She definitely made our always dreaded Sephora trip a great experience.

I walked out to let my friend who was on the phone smell this fragrance i loved.when I tried to walk back in the lady with the orange hair, and the short bangs locked the door on me. I asked if i could make a quick purchase because she was the one who was actually helping me and she said no and denied me service. She could have at least warned me it was going to close because i was clearly going to make the purchase. I’m not from here and was unaware of the hours. I am very upset and will not be returning to this store in the future.

They are so incredibly helpful and nice here! I’m usually very hesitant to shop at Sephora in-store because I’ve always felt judged at my home stores. But this Sephora is hands down the best! I wish I lived in this area only for their Sephora associates. Thank you for your kindness, attentiveness and professionalism.

I can't believe i was called a cleaner.not once but 3 times.i will like to thank the first lady that helped me with my question and helped me picked the perfect Christmas gift she was polite and very helpful answered all my questions wen she was helping me at the register one of the other employees walked up to me and called me a cleaner.basically a janitor " arent you the cleaner? " i was confused at first the ladys at the register looked shocked.i said im sorry but im not the cleaner and she literally "said well you look like the cleaner" literally the ladys at the register just looked at her and they can clearly see i was all ready upset with being called a "cleaner" the first time.every one is just silent and just lookong at her and me the most embarrassed i have ever been she didn't apologize she just said. "your clothes just makes u look like your the cleaner type of guy.im just silent i say thank you to the lady that helped me and i just left never in my life have i ever felt so embarrassed.i just wanted some help picking a Christmas gift for my wife.
