Sepulveda Court, Los Angeles CA

I love this apartment esp my unit. The facility is so clean and well-maintained. Nice neighborhood.
And what I loved most is the property manager, Violet. She's so sweet and helpful.

I have been living at a studio apartment in Sepulveda Court for close to 2 years, the studio is great but recently have been looking for something a bit bigger with more space but didn't want to leave the complex, I talked with the building manager (Violet) and as soon as a one bedroom became available she let me know and I was able to apply and move into the apartment. Violet made this move very easy and pleasant, she is one of the main reasons I did not want to leave this complex, I have lived in many places throughout LA for 25 years and she is by far the best building manager I have ever dealt with. She always gets back to you right away and makes sure any issues are addressed and dealt with very quickly. Very glad to still be able to live in this complex.

I have been leaving at Sepulveda Court Apartments since 2017.
It is well maintained and conveniently located near stores and public transportation but its strongest point is Violet, the manager. She is always pleasant and prompt to respond to any issues that might arise. She is extremely organized, professional, conscientious and hard working.

I am moving out at the end of the month, but will touch on the duration of my stay.
From the get-go, Sepulveda Courts has been an amazing place to stay. It's safe, neighbors are friendly, close to all the necessary stores (Vons, CVS, starbucks, food etc.) and the landlord/manager, Violet, is on top of things all the time.
The times I did need maintenance requests, Violet was prompt in getting the correct person to come and fix whatever needed to be fixed. She's very open and friendly as well, which are qualities you want to see from any manager!
I would recommend if you're looking to stay in that area.

I moved into Sepulveda Court Apartments almost 6 months ago, it has been great, the neighborhood has great walkability to numerous grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, ATM’s, and even a great bar across the street. I can’t express enough how fantastic Violet Sinisgalli, the building manager, has been. She made moving into the place super easy and stress free, on the very few small personal issues I’ve experienced while living here she has taken care of very quickly after I reach out, and she is nice as can be ever interaction I’ve had with her, as well as the other tenants in the building which have also been quite pleasant. Which makes a very relaxed and easy going living experience in the complex.

GREAT place to live and I enjoy the Location too. The Manger Violet is very helpful and maintains the building very well. I can walk to work from this location and that is very hard to find in Los Angeles. There is a Pool, Laundry Room and a BBQ patio area in this building. I highly recommend Sepulveda Court Apartments.

I have lived at this complex for 3 years while attending school and it has become a special place in my life. Since day 1 the manager Violet has been such a pleasant help. She is such a professional, greatly attentive and takes such pride in how she maintains the property. If you have any problem, she responds right away and makes sure things are done right. The units are the best priced compared to anything you can find in the area. The complex is quiet and has a lovely little oasis area with a pool and BBQ where I read daily. I loved that it has a laundry room on site and is was walking distance from Starbucks, Vons, Ross, and fast food places. I will miss my walk in closet and living here dearly and highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

A great place to live! This is my first apartment and Violet, the building manager, could not have been more helpful with my transition. She lives on the premises and is always there to help with any issue. Overall the apartment is apart of a very positive community. The location is ideal with a Vons, Ralphs, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. And there is laundry on site!

I have lived at Sepulveda Court apartments for three years now and I highly recommend this apartment building. It's a quiet and very clean place to live and my apartment is very spacious. The property manager Violet is very kind and professional and takes care of the building very well. All of my maintenance requests are done in a timely manner by her maintenance team. She is one of the best managers I have ever met. It’s also walking distance to Vons, CVS pharmacy, Starbucks and El pollo loco. This location is great and located near the 10 Fwy, 405 Fwy and walking distance to the Metro station. It truly is a great place to live.
