Sepulveda Recreation Center, Panorama City CA

This is a very crowded place and there really isn't enough parking in their lot or on the street. It is probably better to walk here if you can. It's definitely not very safe place to go by yourself after dark. They have nice tennis courts as well as basketball courts. There is an area for exercise walking, not sure how many times around equals a mile.

This park is overrun by homeless. There is a huge encampment by the tennis courts.

Avoid this whole area.

Parts of the movie La Bamba were filmed on Rayen street right behind the park and near the wash (canal). The scene were Ritchie plays in the garage band and the last scene were Bob yells "Ritchie! " on an old wooden bridge (now replaced) are just a few.

Good park to bring children, has a large playground w jungle gyms, slides, playhouses. Also the park features a rec center w arts & crafts. Several baseball fields, basketball & tennis courts. There's an area for picnicking too. The parking lot isn't that big so make sure to arrive early especially on Saturday or Sunday mornings. All in all a good park for recreation, sports or family outings.

There are lots of homeless and youngsters smoking out. Grass less park, and the baseball field has been closed for over a month. Definitely not safe for children and families

I really enjoyed the summer nights, at Sepulveda recreational Park, really organized summer events!

Nice park, they are still adding to it. A few tennis courts and a basket ball court as well.playground for the kiddies.

It's really a shame that some of the people who come here litter and make the park completely dirty after it's been fixed. Take care of your community people, seriously. It's a nice park.in concept at least. It just needs to be taken care of and not be made into a landfill by some of the people who come here to throw things away.

Field is nice, but the staff always kick us soccer players out, but lets the baseball players practice there. Every Wednesday thru. Saturday they have Summer Night lights where they give out food and have games and its very cool!
