Sequoia Regional Cancer Center–Radiation Oncology reviews
6The staff have been very professional and that has made me feel secure in going through radiation treatments. Every day I am greeted by friendly staff.
Everyone was personable friendly and made my experience the best as possible. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
We they say they will call they should. Been waiting on my lab report and nothing. Called today and had to leave a message. Sigh
Dr. Havard is good, his nurse practitioner (forgot her name) is awesome. Brandy as a medical assistant is HORRIBLE! No customer service at all. Never answers the phone, you have to leave a voicemail and she returns your call in 2-3 days even when the recording says that she will do it in between 24 hrs. When she calls, she gives you an attitude and I got TIRED OF HER. I called the front desk and requested somebody to help me as I had been waiting for “Brandy” to call me back with an appointment which was all she would tell me the three times I called before (“I will call you with an appointment”). Erika was amazing and very helpful. She even apologized for something that she did not do. She looked in the system and informed me that there was as an appointment already scheduled for me and guess what? There was also a “note” saying that I had been informed about it, which is A LIE! So if your call gets directed to “Brandy”, I recommend that you don’t waste your time and request help from someone who cares about people! She will NOT help you!
My wife was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma many years ago. She has been under the care of Robert Havard, M. D.the entire time. My wife has lived many years beyond the typical survival rate for this kind of cancer. Dr. Havard's knowledge of new targeted treatments for Multiple Myeloma have given my wife hope for a normal life expectancy.
Not sure how helpfull these reviews are. It's a cancer treatment facility so since I lost my husband Im not pleased with their service now for those who survive obviously this place is a God send. Anyways this is our honest experience
Dr. Sharmas additude, care and bedside manners are non existent.obviously being diagnosed with lung cancer we we're devastated, & scared, but we believed and wanted our Dr.to believe and give us some kind of hope but Sharma was cold and heartless. I asked him what options we had he said its too expensive so I said We don't care we'll sell our home! Honest to God Sharma said No its not worthed. 2 weeks later my husband was gone and Im lost and so frustrated. Then from Feb to July I get calls and emails reminding Michael about his treatment or to let us know they will be closed for the holiday. They obviously knew he died. At first I was understanding but after 3 months I was upset. I'm so done with this place.
