Sequoia Sandwich Company reviews
13Went there for lunch. Staff was not friendly as the first time I Went, way over price for what you get I spent $42 for two sandwiches and one children's sandwich. On the adult sandwiches barley any meat for the price I paid. Extremely disappointed
This location is splendid all around. Clean in and outside the restaurant. Staff are well kempt and very polite. Food is always served fresh upon delivery. Excellent service and taste are what Sequoia exemplifies. Always awesome.
This is my first time trying out this place and I enjoyed my food. I can taste the quality and I will definitely be back to try the other choices.
The sandwiches here are pretty good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Seems a little expensive for the quantity of food but the quality is good. Seemed short staffed on our last visit.
I was very surprised at the very limited customization options available for sandwiches. If you're not interested in their limited, stationary menu options you're stuck eating what they have or leaving. In a day and age where customization is practically everywhere, I found this unfamiliar.
I also found the way they make traditional sandwiches a bit strange. This was the first sandwich shop out of many that I was told chopped onions are pre-mixed in the tuna and egg salad and I couldn't have either without. The friendly cashier didn't have any other options, suggestions, or alternatives for me. I hate raw onions on a sandwich.
I ended up ordering a sandwich with avocado, lettuce, and tomato. It was literally bread, a tiny smear of avocado, a sprig of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. I paid close to 12 dollars for it. Very disappointed. Wasn't happy over the basic quality of ingredients and the miniscule portion. I didn't understand why they didn't add more lettuce and some avocado since I literally wasn't getting anything else on the sandwich. Instead they made it like it was going to have meat as the bulk and just a touch of lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
The sandwiches that my group ordered weren't worth the high prices and I sincerely know mine wasn't. It was very clear the employees are used to their stationary menu so much that they don't think and are just automated to push the buttons and move on to the next.
The ambiance is great. For me, I won't be returning since the menu just didn't offer much however I can see how anyone without high expectations returns for more. Bonnie's Best still reigns supreme.
Love Sequoia sandwiches used to always go to Subway, but now my time is split Between the two. They have fantastic options of hot and cold sandwiches with delicious daily soups to choose from. A little pricey for a Sandwich, but they are delicious and the servings are very generous. I love how the dining areas are set up.
Very good but expensive. Resist the urge to tip over the counter. This is ridiculous.
Just don’t tip it’s not worth it it’s already $20-$30 for soup and sandwich.
The food was very tasty, but the meat filling was skimply, more bread than meat. We ordered two baked potatoes, they were two different sizes. Mine was bigger my husband was half the size. Should have potatoes close to the same size as possible.
Very good place to eat after a long day at work. Quite peaceful actually. Enjoyed my ham sandwich. Cookies are really good also. Will be back again
Customer service was good but the sandwiches were even better. I had the pastrami on sourdough, YUMMY. One friend tried the macaroni salad and loved it. Another friend tried the turkey sandwich and she thought it was tasty.
The California Pastrami sandwich was sooo good. The restaurant started getting really busy about 11: 30 on the Friday I went, so if you can get there before that you'll beat the rush.
Food was super delicious but the lady at the front was a mega b****. No matter how nice we were she had attitude with every answer. I hope they get rid of her because if I go back and she is there I definitely won't be back if she acts like that again. Management allowing someone like that there isn't good.
Food is good but the wait time is ridiculous. They are really slow even when they’re not busy. Doesn’t help that they prioritize mobile orders over customers in line.
