I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem. I have to unfortunately give one star due to poor customer service. I have a tooth that was causing excruciating pain and required a referral to a specialist. While waiting to be seen by the specialist I was prescribed an antibiotic that was not effective at all in which my pain increased and spread to other areas in my body. I called to express concerns that I had and spoke to one of the girls in reception. As I’m speaking to her you can hear another receptionist (Mayra or Myra) in the background saying “she needs to call the endodontist” when my concerns had nothing to do with that. My pain continues to get worse so I called back a few days later and spoke to Mayra and requested a stronger or different antibiotic, she tells me “I gave you the strongest dose and we also told you that you need to see the endodontist. ” She then gets off the phone and put someone else on the phone. I was then told I will receive a call back for a different antibiotic. I never received a call back, and the pain got so bad that I had to go to the ER, in which the doctor prescribed me with an antibiotic that actually works, and prescribed ibuprofen. Mayra was extremely rude and her attitude towards me was very inappropriate. I will finish up my treatment here and then I will not be returning to this office just based on how I was treated by their staff.

Really easy process and scheduled follow work that is needed even at my age

No matter what my dental visit may be, the entire staff is creative at keeping me calm. Everyone is simply amazing!

Natasha was my dental hygienist who I felt truly cared for. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time & she made me feel very comfortable with the experience overall. Front desk was very warm & friendly, as well. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to the other clinics in the area- so I’m very happy overall. Thank you
