The sweetest staff and the best nail artwork I've ever experienced. Also, the ambiance is so peaceful. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done because I feel so spoiled here ️

I'd like to start by saying this was my 1st visit. Though I don't remember the lady's name, she was rough! I came in with gel nail polish on and so she put some cotton and I believe she put some nail polish remover and covered it with aluminum for a couple of minutes. Once she removed the aluminum, she started using the nail filer to remove the rest of the gel nail polish that was on my natural nails. She was scrapping my nails so hard, I do believe she ruined my natural nails. I asked her if there was another way she can remove the nail polish but I don't believe she understood me. She seemed to be in such a hurry. Now a days, having your nails done is a luxury. I like to relax and enjoy the treatment but not this time. This is the 1st time ever that I received service and don't tip. I hope I got the message across to her.

Loved my experience! Found my new nail salon. I went in with a bad set of acrylics from a different place and Jenny went above and beyond making sure I left satisfied. She listened to everything I wanted and could not have done a better job. I am so happy with my nails and have already received so many compliments. All of the customers there seemed super happy with their experience which created a great environment!

Elaine is honestly the best! She takes her time and is knowledgeable. I am very picky with my nails and she always does such an amazing job! Thank you so much Elaine! I recommended her to all of my co-workers. I am absolutely in love with my nails! 10000% recommended.

Pls avoid this place actually just avoid Elaine she did my nails twice the 1st time she did my nails I literally had to come back after 4 days because 6 out of the 10 nails were started lifting, spent $160 this day. Jack the man who only answers the phones attempted to charge me for the nail art of the new set but Elaine felt it was only fair I’d not be charged and accepted responsibility for the new set. So because the rectified to situation I decided to come back. And asked for Elaine to do my nails again. Things happen the first time I decided to give them/her another chance. So i called made an appointment showed up for my appointment with Elaine began to get my pedi done with Kattie (who is a sweetheart) halfway done with my pedi Jack comes to tell me Elaine doesn’t feel comfortable doing my nails so some other lady he Mentioned he’s going to do it. No, I made my appointment with Elaine. Jack tells me she doesn’t feel comfortable doing them. I can’t for the life of me figure out why she’s not comfortable doing my nails. So again just avoid this place because if something goes wrong they’ll I guess accept accountability but won’t do your nails again, such a waste of time. So my appointment that was set for 12: 30pm lasted me until after 5pm because I had to find another nail shop that would take me last min and do my nails. I went to BLISS in La Mesa!

This is my favorite nail salon to go to. Every single member is excellent at what they do. They’re always accommodating and helpful. My nails have never looked so good before in my life! Thank you all!
